Southeast: Allyship in Action

Join The WICT Network: Southeast and NAMIC Atlanta for an interactive virtual workshop, “Allyship in Action.” During the event, James C. Jones, Executive Coach and DE&I consultant, will lead the conversation about what it takes to be a self-aware, courageous and authentic ally of others who may be marginalized because of their cultural, social or organizational identities.
As a certified executive coach with the College of Executive Coaching, James is credentialled (ACC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is qualified to leverage a wide range of powerful coaching assessments used to explore client strengths, developmental needs and underlying professional and cultural anchors. His coaching emphasis is working to align identity, core values and self-awareness, with strengthening the client’s leadership acumen and continuous development.
