As Senior Director of TV Everywhere Business Product Management for Comcast Cable, Ellen manages key touchpoints that give customers more choice and flexibility when it comes to enjoying their Xfinity TV subscription. She is responsible for the Xfinity Stream app and web portal and authentication via 130+ programmer networks across 20+ different devices including web, mobile and connected TVs, which customers can use to access their Xfinity TV programming at no extra cost as part of their service. In collaboration with content partners and teams across Comcast, Ellen and team continue to leverage innovative technology to provide customers with the best possible experience year round when viewing their favorite entertainment and during tentpole events including the Olympics, World Cup and March Madness, successfully driving usage and viewership across platforms.
Ellen joined Comcast in 2009 and launched Xfinity’s TV Everywhere program. Prior to her tenure at Comcast, Ellen had a successful career as a consultant implementing technology in industries including finance, banking and government and serving clients throughout the world in countries such as Australia, Japan, England, Canada and the U.S. Ellen was also a co-founder of a successful QA consultancy start-up, QaAssociates, which was sold to TEKsystems in 2006.
Ellen holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband and spends as much time as possible outdoors hiking, skiing and woody boating.
Diana Escudeiro-Oliveira joined Comcast in 2016. She began as a Comcast Business Sales Supervisor in newly created division focusing on providing cloud-based systems for small-medium business owners. After demonstrating continued success, Diana moved into the Cloud Support subdivision, where she used her intricate knowledge of the business cloud systems to drive her team’s success in consumer education and retention.
In Diana’s current role as a Program Manager for Support Services, she owns and manages a case management platform with direct impact on operational efficiencies and business function. She manages a team focusing on improving both employee and customer experience for residential customers across Comcast’s national footprint.
Prior to joining Comcast, Diana held various leadership roles in Bank of America and TD Bank. One of her most impactful contributions and the one she is most proud of, is being a founding member of a new Employee Resource Group from the ground up that resulted in an increase in diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
Diana graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Portuguese Studies and a minor in Business Administration. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, Manuel and miniature dachshund, Loki. She loves to spend her spare time traveling to new destinations and planning for Sunday-Fun day adventures with her husband.
Danessa Frazier currently serves as the Director of Customer Service Operations for Charter’s Business Customer Service Center located in Louisville, KY. In this role, Danessa oversees a contact center with over 450 employees. She is responsible for the leadership team, training department, reporting, budget and analytics team, workforce management group and facility management. The representatives in the center are able to care of business customers located in 41 states with their billing and repair needs.
During her almost 13-year tenure with Charter, Danessa has always held a leadership role within the Customer Service division. Prior to Charter, she has managed contact centers with third-party vendors and T-Mobile. She has 19+ years of experience leading, building, and coaching teams to high performance.
Danessa received a bachelor of science in business management.
Danessa is the mother of 2 sons who keep her busy during her free time transporting and cheering them on at all of their sports activities.
Cristine Van Schoick is Manager of International Programming and Sales Administration at A+E Networks where she works with all international channel brands and programming teams (History, H2, A&E, Lifetime, FYI, Crime & Investigation) worldwide. In addition to tracking and reporting on channel partner licensing activity and local productions, Cristine works closely with the Global Content Sales team on channel program selections, contractual holdbacks, and rights renewals for A+E’s international catalog titles.
Prior to joining A+E in 2007, Cristine spent four years at the National Geographic Channel in Washington, D.C., primarily working in production management as a Unit Manager in third party production. She was responsible for project managing 150+ hours of programming a year from initial contract stage to final show delivery.
Cristine earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University, where she majored in Broadcasting and Film with a concentration in English Literature. She began her career in feature film production, working freelance in roles as varied as assistant film editor, production design coordinator, and picture truck/car wrangler. Cristine is a member of WICT and has enjoyed volunteering with the New York Junior League for the last 12 years as a volunteer/co-chair on various committees. Currently, she serves as the Council Head for the NYJL’s Strategic Planning Council.
Born and raised at the Jersey Shore, Cristine currently resides in Manhattan.
Claudia Mascioli has been with Comcast for 16 years and currently serves as Director, Carrier Services – Project Management for Comcast Business.
In this role, she is responsible for leading and directing an organization of Project Managers that executes service delivery activities of Ethernet products to Comcast’s Carrier customers.
In 2008, she led the establishment of the service delivery structure for the Cell Backhaul business from the ground up, built a solid team of project managers and continues to support this line of business. With her experience in the Cell Backhaul business, she was able to transfer that knowledge to Carrier Ethernet
Claudia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from St. Joseph’s University and currently resides in Mt. Laurel, NJ. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 2 nieces (Gabby & Gianna), attending cheer competitions and vacationing in Ocean City, NJ with her family and dog Bella.
Ashley Zesinger is the Senior Manager of Onboarding Analytics at Comcast. In this role she’s responsible for overseeing customer data integration into the communications strategy ensuring the team’s ability to target messaging to the right customer at the right time. Additionally Ashley leads upgrade strategy for customers in their first 90 days and communications development for new product launches.
Prior to joining Comcast Ashley worked on the network side of the cable business for both Golf Channel and Sprout. At both networks Ashley was fortunate to be part of the early growth and distribution of each channel. While at Golf Channel Ashley led local ad sales marketing efforts partnering with cable systems across the country to promote Golf Channel to local businesses. Ashley’s time at Sprout offered many opportunities to be on the frontlines of the evolution of a new business from partnering with the affiliate sales team to drive distribution to overall brand development. Her favorite project at Sprout was the chance to work with the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade team to create a Sprout float and to be onsite at the parade with the talented Sprout on-air personalities. Following her time at Sprout Ashley worked at Project Management Institute (PMI) building their global acquisition marketing and go to market strategy.
Ashley attended The College of William & Mary where she received a degree in International Relations and minor in Spanish. When not working, her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family and travel to new cities.
Amy Israel currently serves as a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) within Comcast Business, where she leads end-to-end P&L management processes including budgeting, forecasting and reporting for a multibillion-dollar business unit. Additionally, she collaborates with internal stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization to help drive executive decisions on the company’s initiatives. Prior to her role in FP&A, Amy worked on the Corporate Technical Accounting team and managed the implementation of the revenue recognition standard ASC 606 for Cable Communications, NBCUniversal and Comcast Spectacor.
Previously, Amy gained progressive experience in various accounting-focused roles at Five Below and Deloitte. Throughout Amy’s tenure at Five Below, Amy led the monthly close process, the implementation of Oracle EBS/Hyperion as well as SEC reporting. At Deloitte, Amy worked in the Audit function serving Comcast Corporation as her primary client.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys attending Philadelphia sporting events, exercising, traveling and exploring Philadelphia’s dining scene.
Alison Hill joined general entertainment television network INSP in the summer of 2014, and is currently their Sr. Manager of Social Media. In that role, she is responsible for strategizing content across more than 40 social media brand accounts for INSP and for INSP Films. In addition, she creates and maintains standards across all social media properties.
A graduate of Ithaca College, Alison’s career in television began behind the camera as a news photographer, with stints at WPDE (Myrtle Beach, S.C.) and WBTV (Charlotte, N.C.). Prior to coming to INSP, Alison worked as a Social Media Producer for SPEED Channel (now FS1), and as a Director of Accounts for a Charlotte-based digital marketing agency.
Alison has implemented and executed many industry award-winning campaigns, which resulted in Cynopsis Media recognizing her as one of their Top Women in Digital in 2018.
Alison has been an active member of WICT Carolinas since she joined INSP, and was honored to receive both a Leadership Conference Scholarship and a Red Circle Woman to Watch Award. She is also a Mentoring Circle graduate, and currently serves as a Mentor.
Alison lives in Charlotte, N.C. with her husband Bronson, daughters Reagan and Tatum; and their dog Cooper. She enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, and talking about all things pop-culture.
Alison Farber is a Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development for WarnerMedia, and brings a wide array of experience in entertainment and media strategy to her role. As part of the Corporate Strategy group, Alison focuses on major strategic initiatives to help transform WarnerMedia into a media company of the future. Alison works with C-suite leadership and divisional Presidents on these initiatives, which include long-term strategic planning, the WarnerMedia DTC content strategy, new growth businesses (e.g. esports, podcasts), and corporate acquisition opportunities.
Alison joined the company two years ago when Brave Media Ventures, a strategic advisory and investment firm where she was an Associate, was acquired by Turner (now part of WarnerMedia). While at Brave, Alison advised Fortune 250 television companies and brands on navigating the changing entertainment landscape, and focused on areas including OTT / DTC services, content development, org structure, content marketing, and esports.
Alison began her career in strategy and marketing roles at Univision and Sony Pictures Classics. At Univision, she provided in-depth Hispanic marketing strategy consultation for Fortune 500 brands as part of the Strategy & Insights Team. At Sony Classics, she directed marketing campaigns across the country and evaluated film acquisition prospects.
Alison earned her BA in Spanish from Tufts University, where she also focused on Film Studies. She currently resides in New York City.
Alicia Wade-King is a Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance within the National Customer Operations organization at Comcast. In this role, Alicia leads a team of individuals who resolve consumer complaints received from state Regulatory and Consumer agencies. She also develops programs and processes to ensure the department is adhering to regulatory compliance requirements as well as develops internal and external regulatory partnerships to support and resolve compliance issues, regulatory filings and regulatory compliance obligations for Comcast services.
Alicia began her career at Comcast in 2006. Prior to her current position within the NCO organization, Alicia obtained positions within Marketing and Communications for two separate television networks at NBCUniversal; Versus Network (now known as the NBC Sports Network) and Sprout Network. Some of her primary responsibilities included the management and execution of consumer and affiliate marketing events, as well as the execution of marketing strategies and business plans for new revenue opportunities.
Alicia graduated from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Broadcasting. She is also a member of both WICT and NAMIC, and regularly mentors employees with their individual career development goals.
In her spare time, Alicia enjoys cooking, traveling and spending as much time as possible with her husband, family and friends.
