Keynote speaker is Cari Windt from Proteus International, a leadership consulting firm owned by Erika Andersen, who directs the curriculum for WICT's Rising Leaders Program. The keynote will be centered around the principles in Erika's new book, Be Bad First: Get Good at Things Fast to Stay Ready for the Future.

"The Woman Effect" Leadership Seminar


Women have made substantial gains in the business world, but there is more work to be done. The need for women's voices to be heard has never been greater and in recent years, more women are acquiring top leadership positions. Women in the workforce offer unique perspectives, leadership qualities and strengths. We invite you to "The Woman Effect" leadership seminar where top executive female leaders in the industry will address a variety of topics including, leadership, gender, environment, challenges, equality, and social networking.


Heavy appetizers and refreshments will be provided at this event.

"Owning Your Career" Networking Event


Are you looking for a way to network with other professionals in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area? Come network at our "Owning Your Career" bowling event to enjoy the company of members of both WICT Midwest and NAMIC.

Vanessa Edwards, Volunteer Engagement Manager from Neighborhood House will be our guest speaker. Discussion will be around the importance/impact of giving back to the community you live in.


There will be a food drive for non-perishable items during the event so feel free to donate! (All donations will go to the Neighborhood House)
