Washington, DC - Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) today announced that Sanya Richards-Ross, Olympic Gold Medalist and star of WE tv's "Sanya's Glam & Gold," will deliver a keynote address at the 2013 Touchstones Luncheon, scheduled for Monday, October 7, at the New York Marriott Marquis.
The lunch is part of the WICT Leadership Conference (October 7-8) and the cable industry's Diversity Week in New York City. WICT recognizes WE tv as the Premier Sponsor of the 2013 Touchstones Luncheon.

Sanya Richards-Ross is a track and field superstar, having won numerous medals, including four gold medals, competing for the United States Olympic team. WE tv's docu-series "Sanya's Glam & Gold," which premiered in July 2013, follows Richards-Ross as she juggles her professional life as a competitive athlete and businesswoman with a high-profile marriage to NFL star Aaron Ross.

The WICT Touchstones Luncheon will showcase the 2013 Woman of the Year, Abbe Raven,  Chairman, A+E Networks; and two Woman to Watch honorees, Bernie Han, Vice President of News &  Local Programming, Time Warner Cable; and Marjorie Kaplan, Group President; Animal Planet, Science Channel & Velocity; Discovery Communications. Ellen Kroner, EVP, Communications for AMC Networks, is the Honorary Chair of the Touchstones Luncheon.
