Amy Bloustine
Amy Bloustine
Amy’s goal is to help clients identify and overcome obstacles preventing them from being the best version of themselves- whatever that means for them, whether they’re looking for solutions to specific personal or professional challenges they are facing or feeling stuck.
One of Amy’s coaching strengths is visualizing the overall picture of complex problems and then strategically deconstructing them to identify their clients’ solutions. Every client is unique. Their goals, obstacles, and passions are personal and highly individual.
Amy’s coaching philosophy evolves and grows with each client. Her coaching style is creative, thought-provoking, and collaborative. She partners and collaborates with her clients and creates a safe, trusting, comfortable environment where she and her clients can learn and grow. The ultimate goal of her coaching is to help her clients discover how to figure things out for themselves, solve problems independently, get unstuck, let them discover the solution that already exists within, and imagine all the possibilities of what can be for their life.
For Amy, transitioning into coaching was a natural transition, given her first career was working in the non-profit sector in the substance abuse field. Her breadth and depth of knowledge and experience working with individuals, families, and communities have given her the unique ability to connect with people and transform their lives and careers. She has over 25 years of non-profit and entrepreneurship experience. She’s created a non-profit organization, worked with the DEA Educational Foundation, and a national non-profit organization working to reduce teen substance abuse and support families impacted by addiction.
Amy holds a B.A. in Psychology, a minor in Business from Westminster College, and a Master’s in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University. She is an NYU Certified Life Coach, a Certified Master Career Coach with GetFive, Time Management Coach, and a trained Recovery Coach through CCAR. After serving as President for four years, she is the Past President of the Board of Directors for the New York City International Coaching Federation Chapter.

My profound experiences as an HR expert, combined with my coaching skills, shaped me into an incredible listener with deep empathy and compassion. Employees’ emotional and mental well-being is a top priority for me. These diverse experiences have fostered my ability to ask people targeted, insightful questions that spark greater self-awareness and understanding so they can take ownership of the actions that best align with their values.
I am deeply committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in my work as an HR professional and coach. This passion drives my desire to work with individuals from all backgrounds and stages of their careers and lives, particularly business professionals from
underrepresented groups.
Through my experiences as a woman on the Executive Board, an expat, and a mother, I have gained a deep understanding of the challenges many of my clients face.

Jody Jacob-McVey

Jody Jacob-McVey, PCC, CPCC is the founder and managing director of EquiSense Solutions LLC, a coaching company for experiential living and leaders. EquiSense Solutions partners with other purpose-driven organizations to create and deliver life-changing programs to individuals, groups and organizations’ leaders and teams. Our work happens in person, by phone or in the pasture.
I describe my career “from Wall Street to Well-Being.” Over 17 years I worked in two (2) distinctly different Fortune 500 companies where I was blessed to be at the center of the explosive growth in the Cable/Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment industries. I was well positioned to continue my career in financial services instead I chose to courageously jump into the business of well-being, and, in no way did I know what that would look like. Looking back, I’d say that there was a powerful purpose calling me that was not in my conscious mind whatsoever! Today, I’m coaching and developing leaders. Leadership is a value and leading is a way of life, and I believe that everyone is a leader and responsible for their impact. I’ve been coaching women leaders through a wide array of transitions spanning 20 years, often asking the question: When was the last time you did something for the first time? My coaching relationships are experiential at their essence inviting my clients to live their journey by making resonate choices, embodying the work and taking action between coaching sessions.
One of my favorite ways to jump start change for humans is to partner them with horses who are hardwired to deliver “in the moment” 360o feedback on our impact. With a professional coach dancing in the moment with you, shifts in horse behavior can become important opportunities to wonder how our communication style, leadership presence and our emotional agility are perceived.
My bio wouldn’t be complete without talking about servant leadership at EquiSense Solutions llc. We are committed to putting our resources to work to benefit the underserved. With that mindset, we have provided individual and group coaching, team and leader development opportunities for active duty and military veterans and spouses, public social service agencies, conducted research with Columbia University, and support non-profit organizations like Covenant House NJ, NJ Reentry Corporation, JCC Manhattan/Northwell Health and Women’s Rights Information Center among others.
I currently serve on the board of directors of the ICF NYC Charter Chapter. I am an affiliate member and big fan of the Institute of Coaching for its research on coaching, and a member of the Association for Talent Development.

Naomi Lippin
Naomi Lippin
For over 20 years I’ve been passionately working with people and organizations to develop to their fullest potential to produce sustainable results. My areas of expertise include: leadership and team coaching; leadership development facilitation/training; employee engagement; culture change; learning design; strategic planning, and non-profit board development. Equally as important, I bring a system wide, equity perspective to my work and I incorporate a strengths based approach focusing on optimizing peoples’ talents, rather than ‘fixing’ their deficiencies. Bottom line business results are enhanced when a majority of people in an organization feel fully engaged in their work.
I believe in and work towards creating generative and productive workplaces with leaders who recognize the value of the whole person, not just someone who gets a job done. Everyone deserves to have a place of work where they feel respected, valued and safe.
