The WICT Network\u2019s mission is to develop women leaders who transform our industry. We educate, empower and advocate on behalf of women in media.<\/p>\n

The WICT Network embraces a spirit of collaboration within its organization and throughout the industry. We partner with cable and telecommunications industry leaders to provide leadership programs and services and challenge these companies to create professional advancement opportunities for women on a local and global level.<\/p>\n

As the oldest and largest organization serving women professionals in cable and telecommunications, The WICT Network is at the forefront of an industry undergoing constant change. Since its founding in 1979, The WICT Network has remained steadfast in its resolve to advance the position and influence of women through proven leadership programs and services at both the national and local level.<\/p>\n

The Great Lakes Chapter serving Michigan and Indiana<\/strong> has a diverse membership base from all facets of the industry including not only sales and marketing, finance, programming, technical and HR, but many more. Our Chapter focuses on education, mentoring and building strong leadership skills for women, and men<\/em>, in the cable and telecommunications industry. We provide updates to the industry to keep our leaders abreast of changes and new trends.<\/p>\n
