Lisa Greene is an executive coach and organizational consultant with a focus on the media industry. She was the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at WarnerMedia News & Sports – now part of Warner Bros. Discovery – prior to starting her consulting business in 2022.

Lisa had had a front row seat to some of the most impactful events of the 21^st century including presidential elections, global conflicts, #MeToo, and the COVID pandemic. Her role as CHRO included all entities of CNN Worldwide as well as Turner Sports and Bleacher Report. She led a multi-national team located in the US, Europe, and Asia with an employee population of more than 7,000. Lisa was a steady force in anticipating emerging issues, bringing order to chaos, and leading cross-functional teams through high pressure situations.

Prior to WarnerMedia, Lisa was head of HR for CNN Worldwide including CNN, CNN Digital, CNN International, HLN, the Airport Network and Great Big Story. Her earlier career included HR roles at consulting and investment firms with global reach and great success in their respective industries.

In 2018, Lisa was selected as a fellow for the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, class #36. The program was a guiding light, and she is still in close contact with her Betsy cohort.

After 20+ years, Lisa chose to take a break from the corporate world in 2021. She traveled and enjoyed time away from the spotlight prior to starting her own company.

In this phase of her career, Lisa provides both executive coaching and organizational consulting services. She coaches individuals with the intention to enhance both their leadership capabilities and their own resilience. She consults with leaders to cut through the noise and get to realistic solutions.

Karen Kunkel Young is an executive leadership and career coach who helps creative leaders and senior executives take bold, strategic ownership of their careers. Bay LeBlanc Quiney, MBA, MCC is an executive coach for driven leaders who look like they’ve got it all together, but on the inside are grappling with a deep desire for even more impact, passion and purpose, and yet somehow also wind up overwhelmed and bored at the same time.

Bay believes in better: not because we should, but because we can. Michael has over 30 years of experience as a teacher, entrepreneur, and business consultant – all experiences he uses when coaching business executives. The focus of his practice is to help executives strengthen their management skills and grow their business. His experience demonstrates a keen ability to work effectively with business executives on networking, collaboration, business development and general business strategy.

Michael is open-minded and authentic in his coaching practice which includes Fortune 500 companies, start-ups or not-for-profits. Michael’s focus is to put himself “in the client’s shoes” and put aside biases so that he can understand the challenges his client is facing.

In his corporate experience at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen, Michael managed client relationships for large multinational and emerging companies. He was the “connector” between the client and the firm. In these roles, he identified and assembled the client service team that would support the client in developing a strategy to solve complex business issues. These experiences provided him with a unique perspective – a business executive who is better able to understand his clients.

Michael also facilitates training programs in such areas as Networking, Business & Relationship Development, and Leadership Development. In his corporate experience he was on the faculty at Deloitte University. In addition, he has provided coaching services to several not-for-profit organizations.

He earned his coaching certification through the iCoach program at the Zicklin Business School at Baruch College, an ICF accredited program. He has also holds a Master’s in Education.

With 25 years of experience in financial services across New York and London, Cheryl’s career includes tenures at BNY Mellon, Broadridge Financial Solutions, and Chase Manhattan Bank. Her experiences in banking and wealth management provide her with deep industry insights and firsthand executive-level understanding. Now, Cheryl partners with senior leaders to create meaningful change, strengthen leadership presence, and prepare for what’s next. Her approach is direct, supportive, and grounded in clear outcomes and her clients value the candid dialogue, thought-provoking questions, and actionable strategies they create together.

Cheryl has managed large teams, developed and executed global strategic initiatives, and successfully navigated high-stakes corporate environments. Cassandra’s coaching approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins from within.
