Lisa Greene is an executive coach and organizational consultant with a focus on the media industry. She was the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at WarnerMedia News & Sports – now part of Warner Bros. Discovery – prior to starting her consulting business in 2022.
Lisa had had a front row seat to some of the most impactful events of the 21st century including presidential elections, global conflicts, #MeToo, and the COVID pandemic. Her role as CHRO included all entities of CNN Worldwide as well as Turner Sports and Bleacher Report. She led a multi-national team located in the US, Europe, and Asia with an employee population of more than 7,000. Lisa was a steady force in anticipating emerging issues, bringing order to chaos, and leading cross-functional teams through high pressure situations.
Prior to WarnerMedia, Lisa was head of HR for CNN Worldwide including CNN, CNN Digital, CNN International, HLN, the Airport Network and Great Big Story. Her earlier career included HR roles at consulting and investment firms with global reach and great success in their respective industries.
In 2018, Lisa was selected as a fellow for the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, class #36. The program was a guiding light, and she is still in close contact with her Betsy cohort.
After 20+ years, Lisa chose to take a break from the corporate world in 2021. She traveled and enjoyed time away from the spotlight prior to starting her own company.

Michael has over 30 years of experience as a teacher, entrepreneur, and business consultant – all experiences he uses when coaching business executives. In his corporate experience at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen, Michael managed client relationships for large multinational and emerging companies. These experiences provided him with a unique perspective – a business executive who is better able to understand his clients.
