PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Betsy Magness Graduate Institute (BMGI) is an exclusive continuing education program designed for the more than 1,300 graduates of The WICT Network’s Betsy Magness Leadership Institute (BMLI). BMGI brings this distinguished community back together each year to reconnect, recalibrate and continue growing as leaders in media, entertainment, and technology.
This year’s program centers on the leadership challenge defining 2026: trust. Across industries and institutions, trust has emerged as the critical variable separating organizations that are navigating uncertainty with confidence from those that are losing ground. In this rapidly evolving landscape — marked by organizational disruption, technological change, and heightened scrutiny of institutions — the ability to build, sustain, and restore trust has become one of the most consequential capabilities a leader can develop.
BMGI is where the Betsy Magness legacy continues. It’s a space for industry-leading executives to step back from the pace of their organizations, engage with ideas that matter, and return with renewed clarity, purpose, and connection.
