PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Rising Leaders Program (RLP) is The WICT Network’s flagship development experience for high-potential Managers and Directors across media, entertainment, and technology. Designed for professionals preparing for greater leadership responsibility, the program strengthens critical capabilities including decision-making, effective communication and presentation, influence, and leadership effectiveness. Participants gain practical tools to expand their organizational impact, lead across teams and functions, and navigate increasingly complex business environments. Participants also build meaningful connections through a powerful cross-industry peer network.

Program Information

The Rising Leaders Program is designed for high-performing Managers and Directors, who are ready to grow their skills. The program helps participants strengthen decision-making, presentation and communications styles, leadership effectiveness, and more:

This is a competitive, application-based program and all applicants must be endorsed by their companies to participate in this one-week course.

2027 Sessions:

  • April 19-23, 2027 – Savannah, GA
  • June 21-25, 2027 – St. Louis, MO

2027 Tuition

  • $5,225 for members
  • $5,450 for non-members (rate includes a membership with The WICT Network for eligible participants)

Tuition covers program costs including course materials, instruction and daytime meals. Travel, accommodations and dinners are the responsibility of participants.

Cancellation and Refund
Once you are accepted into the program and confirm your participation, the tuition fee is non-refundable in the event you need to cancel.

  • Manager or director level, or equivalency thereof
  • 5 to 7 years of business experience with strong foundational management skills
  • Demonstrated potential and desire for leadership and career advancement
  • Endorsed by their company to participate in the Rising Leaders Program
