Tracy Pitcher is a proven leader in the media, technology and telecommunications industry, bringing decades of experience driving growth, innovation and operational excellence across some of the sector’s most respected organizations.
Most recently, Pitcher served as Senior Vice President of Comcast Business for the Central Division, where she led strategy, customer experience and financial performance across 12 states spanning the Upper Midwest through the Gulf Coast and Florida. In this role, she oversaw a high-performing team delivering innovative solutions to businesses of all sizes while fostering a culture of inclusion and strengthening the communities Comcast serves.
Previously, Pitcher served as Senior Vice President of Comcast Business for the Northeast Division, leading B2B growth across 14 states from Maine through Virginia and the District of Columbia. She also served as Senior Vice President of the Greater Boston Region, overseeing operations across more than 300 communities in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. Under her leadership, Comcast earned multiple Best Places to Work honors from the Boston Business Journal.
Earlier in her career, Pitcher held executive leadership roles at Charter Communications, AT&T Broadband, Time Warner Cable and Thomson Consumer Electronics. She is widely recognized for accelerating revenue performance, modernizing operations and building scalable businesses across complex B2B and B2C environments. She has a consistent track record of delivering meaningful improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency and market growth.
Pitcher is an alumna of The WICT Network’s Betsy Magness Leadership Institute and Betsy Magness Graduate Institute, as well as the Senior Executive Summit at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She has been named multiple times to industry Most Powerful Women lists.
An active community leader, Pitcher serves on the Board of the Regional Science Consortium, as President of The Bay Point Island Foundation and as Chair of the American Heart Association of Atlanta. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University.
