Which Membership Level Is Right for You?

New members are welcome to join at anytime. ​​​​​​​​​The WICT Network offers four levels of membership, based on your career level, providing a more affordable alternative to those just starting out.

Executive Dues: $330 per year

Eligibility: Directors, senior management and executive-level leaders.

Core Benefits:

  • Professional Development: Engage in advanced global masterclasses and strategic leadership webinars tailored for executives.
  • Community & Networking: Connect at live and virtual local chapter events designed for peer-to-peer relationship building.
  • Leadership & Governance: Shape the industry by voting in chapter elections and serving on your local Board of Directors.

Regular Dues: $225 per year

Eligibility: Mid-level managers, supervisors and established professionals.

Core Benefits:

  • Professional Development: Attend high-impact global webinars and other career advancement programs to scale your skills.
  • Community & Networking: Connect at live and virtual local chapter events designed for peer-to-peer relationship building.
  • Leadership & Governance: Shape the industry by voting in chapter elections and serving on your local Board of Directors.

Entry Dues: $105 per year

Eligibility: Early-career professionals with fewer than two years of industry experience. (Automatically transitions to Regular-level after two years).

Core Benefits:

  • Professional Development: Learn from foundational global webinars and early-career growth programs designed to jumpstart your trajectory.
  • Community & Networking: Meet industry peers at local chapter events and receive tailored career-stage insights.
  • Leadership & Governance: Develop leadership skills by joining local chapter committees and high-visibility volunteer opportunities.

Student Dues: FREE

Eligibility: Full-time students (college students must be taking a minimum of 6 graduate credit hours or 12 undergraduate credit hours). Requires proof of enrollment and expected graduation year. (Available for a maximum of 4 years, after which members transition to the Entry-level).

  • Leadership & Governance: Gain experience and visibility by stepping into volunteer student representative roles.

Career Transition Support Dues

Members experiencing a career transition can receive $100 off Executive or Regular membership dues. To apply this benefit, please reach out to membership@wict.org or 202-827-4794.

WICT Goes With You

Built by The WICT Network: Greater Philadelphia Chapter and open to all members, WICT Goes With You provides the connections, resources, and support you need to navigate career transitions with confidence.

Through this community, you’ll have access to:

  • Job opportunities, recruiter connections, and a digital talent network to showcase your expertise.
  • A supportive community for networking, mentorship, career insights, and job leads.
  • Expert-led webinars, workshops, and executive insights to build new skills and stay ahead of industry trends.

Please note: All memberships run on a calendar-year basis (January 1 – December 31) rather than a rolling anniversary. If you are joining as a new member, your first year’s dues are automatically prorated based on the month you sign up, ensuring you only pay for the remaining months of the year.

 


Refund Policy & Tax Information

No refunds will be given for membership dues.

The WICT Network is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and its Federal ID is #36-3814358. The WICT Network dues or contributions may be deductible as a charitable expense. Please consult your tax advisor.
