Sara King Scholarship

About the Scholarship

In 2022, The WICT Network established a scholarship to honor the legacy of Sara King, long-time faculty and program facilitator for the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute (BMLI). Sara began her extensive work in women’s leadership in 1986 as a member of the Center for Creative Leadership’s “Breaking the Glass Ceiling” research team. Her passion brought her to The WICT Network and BMLI, where she’s been since the program’s launch in 1994. The Sara King Scholarship will be underwritten by the Women’s Leadership and Education Fund (WLEF) and conferred for the first time in 2024. Every dollar pledged will be matched by The WICT Network.
