The WICT Network announces preeminent gender diversity expert Dr. Iris Bohnet will join the superlative 20th PAR Anniversary lineup! The program will open with an enlightening fireside chat with MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle, host of The 11th Hour with Stephanie Ruhle, facilitated by Michelle Rice, President of TV One & CLEO TV and Vice Chair of The WICT Network Global Board.
Join us this spring in New York for the 2024 Signature Luncheon as we commemorate the 20th anniversary of the PAR Initiative – The WICT Network’s key research initiative which measures gender diversity in the industry. To celebrate this momentous occasion, The WICT Network created a special “Platinum” recognition for six companies that have most consistently ranked a “top company for women to work” over the twenty years of deploying PAR.

The Signature Luncheon is The WICT Network’s key gender diversity and inclusion platform. At the luncheon, we honored the 2022 Top Companies for Women to Work, based on our PAR survey results, including the top operators and programmers based on their achievements in demonstrating stronger gender diversity in the workplace.

The WICT Network hosted a sell-out crowd with over 20 sponsor companies at The Plaza Hotel in New York City for its 2022 Signature Awards Luncheon, one of the organization’s key gender diversity platforms. An impressive roster of industry executives and leaders from across the media landscape celebrated the 50th anniversary of Title IX.
