Meet the 2025 RLP Participants

Shelbie is the Manager of the Xfinity Mobile Finance team within Comcast’s Central Division, based in Atlanta, GA. She joined Comcast in 2022 as an FP&A Analyst, bringing six years of finance experience from the non-profit sector. Shelbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Data Analytics, which support her strong analytical skills and attention to detail – key drivers of her team’s success and efficiency.

During her time at Comcast, Shelbie has earned recognition for quarterly achievements across the Finance organization and participated in the Division Analyst Progression Program prior to stepping into her current leadership role. She actively participates in Comcast’s Team UP Volunteer program and is a member of the regional OUT and Women’s Network Employee Resource Groups.

Shelbie is committed to fostering a collaborative and positive environment and aspires to motivate her team toward continued growth. A Georgia native, she resides in metro Atlanta with her partner, Griffin, and their three cats: Bean, Bunny, and Mildred. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, watching films, and trying new arts and crafts projects.

Karolina Bednarska is an experienced data analyst and development professional with over 15 years of expertise in nonprofit management, fundraising, and program development. Born in Poland, Karolina immigrated with her family to Alaska in 1989 and is fluent in Polish. A graduate of the University of Alaska Anchorage with a BA in Political Science and a Minor in Sociology, Karolina applies her strong analytical skills and strategic thinking across various sectors. She currently serves as the USAC Senior Data Analyst at GCI, where she has been since July 2019. In this role, Karolina oversees the E-Rate program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and effectively managing funding and performance data for educational and library services across Alaska. She provides regular updates to senior leadership and works closely with USAC to ensure proper allocation and tracking of E-Rate funds.

Previously, Karolina was the Development Specialist at The Arc of Anchorage, leading fundraising campaigns and donor relations to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She also served as Development Manager at the Alaska Native Justice Center, securing funding for legal and social services for Alaska Natives. Her career includes roles with the American Cancer Society and Motznik Information Services, where she contributed to impactful community and business development projects.

Outside of work, Karolina enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. She finds joy in hiking, exploring nature, cooking, and gardening. These activities provide her with a chance to unwind, connect with her family, and enjoy Alaska’s beautiful outdoors.

Gladys Cheng is the Director of Development, Scripted Content and Integrations at National Association of Stock Car Auto Racing. In this role, she leads production of NASCAR’s scripted content and is responsible for NASCAR’s integrations into multiple scripted and unscripted series and features. Her responsibilities include building relationships with production companies and studio executives, supervising all aspects of production on track or in studio. Her expertise spans production planning, technical operations, creative direction, and marketing strategies. She has effectively executed intricate initiatives within constrained timeframes and budgets.

Prior to joining NASCAR, Gladys spent ten years working at advertising agencies producing global campaigns for Fortune 100 brands.

She is committed to delivering flawless campaigns, uncovering innovative market prospects, and exceeding objectives for her organization and its partners.

Gladys has a BA from The George Washington University School of Business, with a focus in Marketing/Advertising and Visual Communications. She is an active member in several women’s professional organizations: WISE (Women in Sports and Events), The WICT Network, and Phi Sigma Sigma sorority.

Outside of work, Gladys is an avid equestrian, a Disney adult, crafter and traveler. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her two dogs, Chewie and Leia, and five chickens.

Ebony began her career as a grant writer for New York City’s child welfare system, where she launched and funded programs for youth aging out of foster care. Driven by a lifelong passion for writing, she later moved to Los Angeles to pursue a path in entertainment.

Ebony’s creative and strategic instincts quickly found a home at NBCUniversal, where she helped shape marketing campaigns for hit series like Brooklyn Nine-Nine, The Good Place, The Voice, Superstore, Young Rock, and the Billboard Music Awards. She conceived the award-winning “Peacock Knows Comedy” campaign and launched NBC’s first-ever Entertainment Content Creator program, mentoring NBC Pages into full-fledged content creators.

Today, Ebony serves as Creative Director at AMC Networks, where she established and leads the company’s first Brand Voice team. Her team oversees creative messaging across all AMC Networks’ brands—including AMC+ (streaming), Shudder (horror), Acorn TV (British), ALLBLK (Black storytelling), WEtv (reality), IFC (indie film), and HIDIVE (anime). She guides the voice, tone, and personality of each brand, while spearheading breakthrough campaigns for iconic shows like Better Call Saul, The Walking Dead, and Interview with the Vampire.

Her proudest moment to date is being recognized by the CLIOS for being a trailblazer within the entertainment marketing industry. What’s next for Ebony? “In this era of entertainment, there’s no formula. Everyone’s trying to figure it out. I want to be a part of “what’s next,” something new, innovative, fresh, and different. The passion for what’s to come excites me.”

Gypsy plays a pivotal role in shaping platform performance by leading investigations, synthesizing data, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. She has standardized key performance indicators across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent measurement and continuous improvement. Her work is rooted in data, leveraging machine metrics and customer feedback to uncover trends, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Her career at Comcast began as a Quality Data Analyst, where she developed a strong foundation in performance tracking and resiliency planning. Prior to that, she held analytical roles in the insurance and investment sectors, refining her skills in data lifecycle management and strategic planning. Her early leadership experience as a store manager instilled a strong sense of operational discipline and customer focus.

Gypsy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Management from Thomas Jefferson University, graduating Cum Laude with multiple academic honors. She is proficient in a wide range of analytics and visualization tools, including Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, and Elastic, and is known for her unconventional problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into meaningful action.

Georgia Dean is a seasoned marketing leader based in Los Angeles with over a decade of experience in brand partnerships, campaign strategy, and cross-platform media execution. She currently serves as Director of Off-Platform Partnerships at Paramount+, where she leads integrated marketing initiatives with partners like Walmart+, AARP, AMEX, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

Previously, Georgia was a founding member of the marketing team at Tubi, where she built the Partner Marketing function, leading content marketing, distribution, and device partnerships across Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Vizio, and Comcast—contributing to Tubi’s growth and its acquisition by FOX. She began her career at Media Storm, planning digital and broadcast campaigns for clients including Open Road Films, FOX Sports and Conoco Phillips before moving into partner marketing roles at Nickelodeon.

Georgia holds a B.A. in Communication from USC’s Annenberg School, with a minor in Management Consulting from the Marshall School of Business. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and was named to the Order of the Torch, honoring USC’s top graduating seniors for leadership and academic excellence. She is passionate about media and entertainment and was recently awarded the Cynopsis Standout Award, recognizing exceptional individuals who have left a significant mark by creating and implementing innovative solutions in diverse areas.

Outside of work, Georgia is a proud mom of two, a golf enthusiast, wedding officiant, skier, and global traveler. She brings a collaborative spirit and creative flair to everything she does—and still dreams of one day competing on Dancing with the Stars.

Jessica DeCicco is the Director, Global Partner Sales. She manages the strategic relationship with two of Comcast Business’s top TSD’s, Intelisys and AVANT. Prior to her role on the Global Partner Sales team, Jessica was the Director of Masergy Partner Sales managing a team of channel managers who were responsible for driving sales in the advanced solutions portfolio (formally Masergy). Jessica has over 10 years experience working in the technology industry through the channel including telecommunications, VARS and ecosystem partners. She started her career in the VAR world cultivating and managing strategic relationships with top manufacturers. She was promoted to run the Cisco Systems practice nationally. Jessica joined Centurylink in 2019 as a Senior National Channel Manager and was quick to produce results for the TSD she supported with her leadership style marked by respect, collaboration and personal accountability. Jessica joined the Comcast family through the Masergy acquisition in 2021 where she was quickly promoted to Director of Masergy Partner Sales in June 2022.

Angela DiGiallonardo is a distinguished professional based in Colorado, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager, Portfolio, Learning Engagement, at Comcast Corporation. In this capacity, she oversees a comprehensive portfolio of over 185 learning products, supporting Field Operations Functions including Critical Infrastructure Engineering, Construction, Headends, and the eXcellence in Operations Centers (XOC). Angela is responsible for the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Comcast’s strategic objectives and future vision. Her role involves understanding business and customer needs, building and maintaining product roadmaps, and managing complex projects through cross-functional collaboration.

Throughout her tenure at Comcast, Angela’s career experience within the telecommunication industry spans residential and business operations with leadership roles across retail, project management, business process efficiencies, and field operations learning support. Angela’s expertise is further validated by her certifications as a Prosci Change Management Practitioner and a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). These credentials underscore her proficiency in change management and agile methodologies, enabling her to drive significant process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

In addition, she has received numerous accolades, reflecting exceptional contributions and dedication to excellence. Awards include the Product Innovation Award – Circle of Success, the I Am Comcast Award – Elite, the Passionate Award (Culture) from Finance & Business Operations, and the Elevate Our Game Award for the Xfinity Mobile product launch.

Angela DiGiallonardo’s distinguished career and unwavering dedication to excellence make her an invaluable asset to Comcast Corporation and the broader professional community.

Heather is an experienced tax professional at Charter Communications. She manages the transactional tax compliance process by leading a group of 11 people to ensure the timely and accurate filing and payments of transaction tax returns and telecom regulatory reports with various jurisdictions and public utility commissions.

Heather has a bachelor’s degree in accounting along with 27 years’ experience between portfolio accounting and tax. Over the years, she’s expanded her knowledge, responsibilities, and team. She’s received training in databases and report writing adding to gain useful insight to improve processes. She accepts and thrives on new opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Heather volunteers as chair of her church’s finance committee and treasurer of her daughter’s girl scout troop.  She enjoys spending time with family, reading, and traveling.

Kathleen Drey is an accomplished Marketing Manager with a passion for strategic marketing, branding, and digital innovation. At Sparklight (Cable ONE), she leads marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business expansion. Her expertise spans integrated marketing campaigns, digital advertising, content strategy, public relations, and event marketing.

With a strong foundation in B2B marketing, competitive analysis, and audience engagement, Kathleen has successfully launched and managed multi-channel campaigns that align with company goals and market trends. She is skilled in leveraging data-driven insights, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and CRM tools to optimize campaign performance and customer experience.

Beyond marketing execution, Kathleen is a proven leader and project manager, guiding teams and collaborating with stakeholders across corporate leadership, agencies, local governments, and community organizations. She is dedicated to mentorship, professional development, and fostering strong industry relationships.

Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Marketing and Advertising from Grand Canyon University and actively participates in The WICT Network, American Marketing Association, and Toastmasters International. She is also involved with Mesa Arts Center’s The Collective, a creative leadership program focused on innovation and community impact.

Her commitment to service extends beyond the workplace, volunteering with HopeKids, Feed My Starving Children, and Ben’s Bells, supporting initiatives that uplift communities. Kathleen’s passion for marketing, leadership, and community engagement continues to shape her impact in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors.

Corey Ellingsworth grew up in Florida spending equal time between the Orlando and Tampa suburbs but is currently residing in the Atlanta area. She currently works as a Senior Manager of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence for Comcast’s Central Division leading a team of analysts.

She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 2010 with additional coursework in History and Economics. Fast forward to 2017, she received her MBA from the University of Georgia. 

Her career has wound through multiple industries. She moved to Georgia in 2013 to work in the property management industry, then on to banking, credit cards, and collections in 2015, next moving into specialty insurance before finally landing in telecommunications at Comcast in 2021. In her current role, Corey and her team are responsible for analytics and insights for the Sales, Marketing, and Finance organizations within the Central Division footprint.

In her spare time, Corey is an active member of her local supporters’ group for Real Madrid and Atlanta United. Outside of work, she can typically be found at the softball fields with her competitive tournament team or out of town exploring new places and embarking on new adventures. Just last year, she spent a month between Australia and New Zealand exploring the sea life, hiking, and culture that both countries have to offer.

Javoni Faucette is the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations at Paramount, where she is aligned to Streaming Technology, supporting engineering and product functions for Paramount+, Pluto TV, and the Network Streaming Brands. In her role, Javoni leads a high-performing team responsible for delivering on high-impact strategic initiatives across the Streaming Technology organization.

Prior to Paramount, Javoni served as the Lead Portfolio Liaison at The Boeing Company. There, she managed business and IT development and sustaining statements of work across seven business and supply chain functions. During her tenure at Boeing, she held a range of leadership roles across technology and business, gaining deep experience in enterprise operations and program management.

With over nine years of experience in leadership and technology roles, Javoni is an action-oriented leader known for her ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and deliver results. She has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, streamlining complex processes, and leading with influence across matrixed organizations.

A former Division I volleyball student-athlete, Javoni brings a competitive edge and team-first mindset to every challenge. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from the University of Louisville.

Theresa Fiorentino grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs, where she developed a deep passion for helping others. This drove her to pursue a degree in Psychology at Penn State University. After graduating, Theresa began her career as a social worker, dedicating herself to supporting individuals and families in need.  Seeking new challenges, Theresa joined Comcast Business, leading Central Division sales team to deliver consistent double-digit growth. Her dedication and talent for guiding others earned her multiple promotions and secured a managerial position in CB Headquarters, where she continues to lead her team to break through the proverbial glass ceiling.  While breaking boundaries, as a full-time manager, mother of two, Theresa found time to complete an MBA at University of Arizona. This achievement opened the door for her to combine her dedication to supporting individuals and transformative leadership style, where she became the cornerstone of onboarding and leadership development. Theresa is happily married with two children, who provide her with the purpose and motivation to succeed. In her free time, she enjoys attending cheer competitions, reading, and running.

Sierra Galanza was named Director, ESPN NEXT & Cross Platform Development in January 2025. In this dual role, she leads ESPN’s early-career program while driving strategic initiatives for the Global Sports team.

Galanza oversees the development of 250+ Production Assistants and Content Associates, shaping the next generation of storytellers through immersive training, mentorship, and platform-aligned experiences. Under her leadership, NEXT has integrated early-career talent into ESPN’s highest-priority content areas—including social, digital, streaming, studio, and event production. Now in its third year, the NEXT Accelerator—a year-long internal development program—will expand to all ESPN offices this fall.

Known for her strategic lens and operational clarity, Galanza is a trusted partner to leaders across the company and has led high-impact projects spanning content, talent, and innovation. She currently drives cross-platform initiatives for the Global Sports team, including generative AI development in partnership with Business Development & Innovation.

Galanza began her ESPN career as a Production Intern in 2019 and rose through the ranks as a Production Assistant and Content Associate on SportsCenter and NFL Live. She later served as a Production Coordinator for College Football Studio, supporting College GameDay and the College Football Playoff. Her shift into program and platform leadership reflects a deep understanding of ESPN’s content organization and a strong commitment to shaping its future. She is a Bay Area native, and a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Nikki Grenoble is the Director of Programming at Pluto TV, where she oversees scheduling of multiple categories across the platform. Grenoble joined Pluto in its early startup days and has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth into a global leader in FAST.
In her role, Nikki brings a distinctive combination of analytical expertise and creative vision to programming strategy, consistently driving audience engagement and advancing platform innovation. She has shaped Pluto TV’s programming approach through both data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of viewer behavior. Nikki holds a B.A. in Anthropology from California State University, Northridge, as well as a Certificate in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online.

Beyond her professional work, Nikki is an avid hiker who enjoys spending time outdoors with her husky mix, Bunny. She is also passionate about gaming, literature – favoring authors such as Daphne Du Maurier and Harlan Ellison – and various creative pursuits. Committed to community impact, she actively supports housing rights advocacy and mutual aid efforts for unhoused populations.

Breann is a Manager of Technical Accounting in the Connectivity & Platforms segment at Comcast Headquarters. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University–Hawaii and a Master of Accounting from the University of Utah. Breann began her career in public accounting at KPMG, where she advanced to Senior Audit Associate, gaining extensive experience in audits for public companies, SPACs, and IPOs.

Since joining Comcast in 2022, Breann has played a key role in technical accounting initiatives across both domestic and international operations, including Sky UK, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Her work has included deep dives into accounting treatments, acquisition due diligence, and policy alignment for multi-billion-dollar transactions

Breann is a frequent contributor to Comcast’s Global Accounting Organization CPE training sessions, presenting on topics such as ASC 606, inventory accounting, ESG, and business acquisition accounting. She also collaborates closely with Corporate Technical Accounting and senior leadership to support complex and judgmental accounting areas.

Outside of work, Breann enjoys running, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring new places. She has a passion for learning and is always seeking opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.

Growing up in a remote area of India, Sneha dreamed of working in an air-conditioned room in the United States. Today, she has 18 years of experience as a Director in IT, driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering strategic initiatives that yield significant results.

Sneha earned her Master of Computer Applications (MS) from Andhra University, India, and completed executive education in Artificial Intelligence at Berkeley Haas. Throughout her career, she has excelled in roles such as Developer, Architect, Senior Manager, and Director, designing innovative workflow applications for technicians in challenging environments, including infrastructure server builds. Sneha actively participates in community and volunteer activities, serving as a Class Mom, Science Olympiad volunteer, and organizer for Indian Festival Diwali events, honing her skills in strategic planning, team leadership, and community engagement.

As Director of Business & Team Transformation, she transformed her team from technical specification writers to proactive low-level designers expanding the teams for delivering high-quality designs before development starts.

Sneha’s achievements include automating project slides for over 50 projects, developing DITTO application, saving nearly million annually during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Recognized for her leadership, she has received numerous awards, including the Dale Carnegie Influencer Award, Hackathon Winner, and recent recognition by Marquis Who’s Who.

Outside of work, Sneha enjoys exploring real estate and collaborating with her husband, Murali, and Son Nikhil on investments. She loves watching movies, painting, build startup company with her son for local business. In her spare time, she plays the drums.

I am Alexys Johnson, Digital Marketing Manager at CSG, a B2B SaaS company. Originally from Knoxville, TN, I am passionate about digital marketing, leadership, and continuous learning.

I strive to become the best leader possible for my team, ensuring that my decisions and management approach empower individuals to succeed. Recently promoted to my current role, I deeply value the opportunity to learn from experienced women in tech leadership, refining my leadership style to foster innovation and professional growth. Through mentorship and industry programs, I am working to master best practices in communication, management, and strategic execution.

Throughout my career, I have played a pivotal role in shaping digital marketing strategies, bridging business objectives with impactful customer engagement initiatives. I have successfully leveraged data-driven insights to optimize advertising campaigns, refine content strategies, and align marketing efforts with a cohesive digital roadmap. One of my most rewarding achievements has been driving digital transformation within my organization, leading initiatives that enhance audience engagement and business performance.

Outside of work, I enjoy working out, reading, engaging in creative projects, and continuously expanding my industry knowledge. My expertise includes digital strategy, paid social media, data analytics, audience segmentation, and cross-functional collaboration. I am committed to becoming a role model for other women in tech, paving the way for future leaders in the industry.

Naomi Linhart is a Director of Human Resources for the Global Technology Organization at Comcast. In this role, she leads people strategies and initiatives that support the global IT function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity. Naomi collaborates with business leaders, teammates, and COE partners to drive business success and create an employee experience that encourages authenticity and engagement. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, advancing diversity, and promoting career wellbeing.

Originating from Spain, Naomi relocated to the United States to pursue her college education, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Minor in International Business from Jefferson University (formerly Philadelphia University). In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new local restaurants, and listening to live music.

Adina M. Lord is a highly accomplished Strategic Partner Development Manager at GFiber.  Based in Durham, N.C., she leads a team of negotiators that secure key partnerships and agreements to power GFiber’s growth. Leveraging a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University, Adina structures complex deals on both national and regional levels, specializing in software, professional services, and dark fiber agreements. Her work includes establishing key relationships with tower operators and negotiating new product relationships, including AI technology and OTT distributors.

A deep understanding of high-stakes transactional law defined Adina’s earlier career as a lawyer at Covington & Burling, LLP. There, she specialized in the acquisition and divestiture of marquee assets, notably the acquisition of the Los Angeles Clippers NBA franchise for a record-breaking $2 billion, and negotiating the $24 billion television and new media deal for the NBA with Turner and Disney (ESPN). Her practice also focused on major real estate transactions, including NFL stadium financing and telecommunications deals associated with the FCC’s Spectrum Auction.

Adina is committed to process improvement, coaching, and inclusion, and develops trainings on effective partnerships and negotiations.  She also serves as a lead for Pride@GFiber. Her background, which includes prior experience as an appellate law clerk on the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and senior operational roles at The Brookings Institution, positions her as a dynamic leader who bridges intricate legal frameworks with aggressive business strategy to fuel technological innovation and growth.

Megan Ludwig is a university relations and early talent recruitment leader who serves as Manager of University Relations Programs at Spectrum. She leads the Spectrum Internship Program and Spectrum Scholars Program, building pathways that connect top student talent with meaningful career opportunities. With over seven years of experience in program development, event management, and employer branding, Megan has managed large-scale intern programs, strengthened campus partnerships, and delivered data-driven, high-impact recruitment initiatives.

Previously, she served as Spectrum’s University Relations Events Lead and Coordinator, expanding brand presence through strategic campus events and programming. Earlier in her career, she was a Girls Camp Head Counselor at YMCA Camp Harrison, developing leadership and team-building skills. Megan is a member of the 2025 C2HR Planning Committee and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Appalachian State University.

Irene Luong is a Senior Accounting Manager in the Controllers Organization at Comcast Headquarters. A proud graduate of Temple University with a degree in Accounting, she began her Comcast journey in early 2020 as a Staff Accountant. Through her dedication and adaptability, Irene advanced by taking on diverse responsibilities, ultimately landing her current role overseeing Working Capital and Cash Flow reporting, as well as managing the Comcast Corporate and centralized Legal accounting processes.

Her growth mindset and collaborative leadership style have been instrumental in developing both her own skillset and those of her team. Irene is passionate about mentoring and empowering others to reach their potential. She participated in Comcast’s Digital Changemakers Program in 2023, gaining valuable insights into automation and change management, and is currently contributing to Comcast’s internal international alignment initiatives.

Outside of work, Irene finds joy in spending quality time with her close-knit circle of friends and family, including her two beloved pups who keep her active and entertained. She’s an avid reader and as a self-proclaimed foodie, Irene loves exploring new restaurants and cuisines, especially those that reflect her cultural heritage. She also enjoys traveling, finding inspiration in new places and experiences that broaden her perspective and fuel her creativity.

Based in Philadelphia with almost eight years with Comcast, I have been in a variety of roles within the enterprise, from audit to Comcast Business, but the last four years have been in Strategic Development. I work in Wireless Partnerships and Development, managing the day-to-day relationships for Comcast’s two MVNO partners as well as all three carrier partners for our M2M relationships. Some of my favorite projects have been thinking outside the box on how to improve customer experience, negotiating new contracts, and developing new wireless products for Comcast. The wireless space is evolving rapidly with the shift in technology to 5G cores, and I am excited to be a leader making decisions that can advance Comcast’s product portfolio!

On a personal note, I enjoy exercising, watching baseball (Detroit Tigers) and basketball (Philadelphia 76ers), dancing, board games, reading books, and exploring new restaurants.

Fiona Mushi is a seasoned Art Director and Creative Strategist with over seven years of experience transforming complex concepts into visually compelling narratives that drive business results. Fiona played a pivotal role in designing A+E’s global campaign and creative presence at MIPCOM, one of Europe’s largest media industry events, where her leadership helped unify messaging across global teams and time zones.

Together with her sister, she co-founded a lactation goods and services business in Tanzania, aimed at raising awareness, dismantling cultural taboos, and promoting education around breastfeeding. Keri Nail is the Sr. Director of Access Management and Build Orchestration at Cox Communications. She has over 19 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications industry. Keri is a proven leader who has played key roles in transitioning regional operation teams into national teams. She excels at building efficiencies and processes that help scale the business at a national level. She enjoys bringing teams together and creating a collaborative environment that people can thrive in. Keri is passionate about inspiring others to unlock their full potential. In her current role, Keri is responsible for expanding the Cox Business reach through expansion activities and leased facilities outside of Cox footprint. She has been a part of the Cox National Diversity and Inclusion council for the last three years helping inspire a culture that embrace authenticity, fostering belonging and empowers people to bring their best to the work place.

Keri holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a focus on Organization Leadership from Southern Nazarene University. I am Thu Lillie Nguyen, a seasoned professional with a passion for leadership and a rich background in the telecommunications industry.  My journey in this field began in 1999, and over the years, I’ve cultivated a deep understanding of the industry’s nuances and evolving technologies.

In 1992, I embarked on my transformative educational journey at Southwestern Academy of Travel and some vocational telecom courses, a pivotal experience that instilled in me the value of knowledge, exploration, and continuous learning.  This foundation has driven me to pursue excellence in my career.

I am currently a Senior Manager of Access Solutions at Comcast Business, managing a team of 15. Together, we work on cost savings for the company.  We hit our monthly and yearly goals every year.  Every day is a journey with my team as we work for excellence in our department and field.

My dedications to telecom excellence are underscored by my certifications in Technician 2 from both Excel Telecom and Allegiance Telecom. These certifications represent my commitment to mastering the technical aspects of the industry, ensuring that I am well-equipped to navigate its ever-changing landscape. My expertise extends to HICAP Circuit Testing and Certified Telecommunications Network Specialist (CTNS) certification, reflecting my comprehensive knowledge of telecom networks and systems.  I thrive on keeping up with the latest industry trends and innovations.

One of my greatest passions lies in working with customers. My motto is treating everyone like you would the CEO.  Building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations have been integral in my career.  I consider myself a customer advocate, always striving to provide the best solutions and experiences.

Sarah Polansky is a passionate engineer dedicated to her craft. She is driven to create software that strengthens team connection, enhances user experience, and facilitates the meaningful exchange of ideas and insights.

Recently promoted to manager, Sarah now leads a team within Comcast’s Global Design organization that focuses on internal tools. In this role, she strategizes and develops solutions that streamline the design-to-production pipeline. She collaborates with designers and stakeholders to create experiences that feel natural and gratifying for users, while saving time and money for the organization.

Having worked as a UX Engineer at Comcast for over six years, Sarah’s contributions include creating high-fidelity hardware and software prototypes that bridge the gap between vision and execution.

Prior to Comcast, she was a software engineer at Bluecadet, where she developed award-winning websites and interactive experiences for esteemed cultural institutions. It was in this role that she cultivated a lasting curiosity for creative problem solving.

Sarah resides in the Jersey suburbs with her husband, Ryan, and their cat, Kelsea. She enjoys running, officiating high school and middle school track and field events, and curling up on the couch with a good book.

As Manager of Business Planning at Charter Communications, Abby leads a team of analysts responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, forecasting and driving long-term business strategies.

Abby’s career spans multiple industries including “Big Five” in banking and healthcare in Canada and the US. This includes previous roles at WakeMed Health & Hospitals in North Carolina and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) in Toronto, where she supported enterprise-level planning and helped drive operational improvements.

Celebrated for a data-driven approach and strong cross-functional collaboration, she brings a track record of aligning financial insights with business goals. She has a strong foundation in team development, strategic financial planning, and data-driven decision support. She also has a reputation for leading through influence and optimizing internal processes.

Abby loves giving back in any way she knows how. She most recently served as a budget coordinator for The Africa In Me, a non-profit organization committed to helping improve the lives of less privileged families in Africa.

Abby holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, a BA in Economics and Business from York University, and is a CFA Level III candidate. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband and three kids, including a set of twins, and if time permits, maybe sneak in a movie or two.

Caroline Renner is the Technical Development Manager at GCI Communications Corp., Alaska’s largest integrated telecommunication company. Caroline leads the team responsible for training all the GCI Operations technicians. With a team of technical writers and telecommunications technical professionals, Caroline also has responsibility for the development of the company’s curriculum for technical instruction, Operations methods of procedure, and Service Management Center job aids. Rounding out her duties, Caroline is a Certified Workforce Development Professional who also manages workforce development rural training, under the federal infrastructure grants as part of GCI’s commitment to closing the digital divide in Alaska.

With a master’s degree in public health administration and planning, Caroline spent 18 years focused on addiction and telemedicine program development for Alaksa Native tribes, using the research that she conducted in the field and cutting-edge clinical practices. Her research includes the first genetics long term specimen storage study looking at the speed of metabolism of certain drugs amongst a homogeneous group of 400 Yup’ik people who reside in small villages in Western Alaska. Caroline has published her work in peer reviewed scientific journals.

Caroline was raised on a homestead on the outskirts of Anchorage. Alaska. When she is not focused on workforce development, Caroline can be found teaching yoga, biking year-round in the woods of Alaska and training her 4 labradors. She also enjoys camping, gardening, wild berry gathering, cooking and hiking with her husband.

Kate Roberts is a finance leader with over a decade of experience spanning public accounting and corporate finance. She began her career in audit at Deloitte after earning both her BBA and Master of Accounting from the University of Georgia. A licensed CPA, Kate transitioned into Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), where she has spent the past nine years helping drive business growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

In her current role at Comcast, Kate leads the Comcast Business Revenue Center of Excellence (COE) team for the Central Division. Her work focuses on revenue forecasting, identifying growth opportunities, and enabling data-driven decision-making to support long-term strategy.

Kate is passionate about mentoring emerging talent and building strong cross-functional partnerships. She enjoys tackling complex business challenges and contributing to initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Based in Atlanta, Kate enjoys life with her husband Shawn, their two young sons, James and Davis, and their Labrador, Sony. Outside of work, she loves traveling with her family, running, and cheering on Georgia Bulldogs football.

Kelly Rogers is a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Comcast Advertising, where she serves as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting dynamic teams across the Media Operations and Data organization. She is known for her collaborative approach and thoughtful leadership, partnering closely with business leaders to drive people strategies that align with organizational goals. She is especially passionate about leveraging data to create innovative and impactful business solutions and strategies.

With over a decade of experience, Kelly brings deep expertise in building trusted partnerships, strategic workforce planning, organizational development, change management, talent development and being a champion in fostering an inclusive culture. She is deeply passionate and committed to continuous learning and growth. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management with a specialization in Change Management and Innovation, and is PHR-certified.

Outside of work, Kelly cherishes spending quality time with her husband and 2-year-old son having all sorts of family adventures including golfing, going to museums, and riding the red train at the Denver Zoo. When she’s not exploring, she enjoys spending time relaxing with a good book or art project.

Liz Ruane is the Director of UX at Comcast Business, where she blends strategic design thinking with a deep understanding of both business and customer needs. With 10 years of experience in UX, she has worked with federal agencies and Comcast Business, leading teams to create seamless digital experiences that solve real-world business challenges while prioritizing usability.

Liz has been instrumental in growing the UX team from a small group of four to a thriving team of 15, encompassing designers, researchers, and content writers. She champions an empowerment-driven leadership style, fostering a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and continuous learning. Through rigorous internal and external research, cross-functional partnerships, and iterative validation, she ensures that user needs align with business goals to drive measurable success.

Beyond her professional role, Liz is passionate about hands-on projects both in and out of the digital space. She lives in Bechtelsville, PA, where she and her husband are restoring an old farmhouse, bringing new life to a historic space. Mariah Sheehan is a seasoned Manager of Software Development and Engineering at Comcast, where she leads cross-functional teams in delivering key features aligned with strategic business goals. Andrea Sturniolo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Counsel at AMC Networks, Inc., Andrea advises various business units on a wide array of legal issues. Her role involves drafting and negotiating diverse agreements, including acquisition, marketing, sponsorship, clip license, production services, development, talent, brand franchise, merchandise, technology, and co-production agreements. Additionally, Andrea supervises and mentors the students participating in the New York City legal department’s internship/externship program.

Prior to her tenure at AMC Networks, Andrea held positions at Sony Music Entertainment. Her responsibilities included summarizing and reviewing recording agreements, drafting side artist and product placement agreements, and conducting extensive legal research of agreements dating back to the early 1900s.

Andrea is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and New York. She holds a Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Intellectual Property (Entertainment Law) from Seton Hall University School of Law. Andrea also earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Stevens Institute of Technology, graduating with high honors and receiving the Women in Engineering Scholarship. While at Stevens, Andrea was one of the first students to participate in the Accelerated Law Program, completing her above degrees in 6 years instead of the standard 7.

Katelynn Webb is a results-driven Project Manager for Regional Field Engineering at Charter Communications with over a decade of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications and technology operations. She leads cross-functional initiatives that modernize infrastructure, enhance customer experience, and drive operational excellence. Her leadership has delivered meaningful improvements in network performance, service quality, and connectivity for communities across the company’s footprint.

Katelynn’s career has spanned technical operations, business analysis, and project management, with a consistent focus on aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve strategic goals. She has successfully led enterprise software deployments, transformed training programs, and implemented scalable processes adopted nationally.
