Christine Broadus is Vice President, Special Projects at NCTA – The Internet & Television Association, where she has spent 27 years contributing to the cable industry during a transformational period. Christine currently oversees the industry’s political action committee (NCTAPAC), advising member companies on contribution strategies and employee engagement in the political process. She also acts as a strategic advisor on political optics, helping organizations evaluate risk and opportunity in political decisions.

Before joining NCTA, Christine gained valuable experience across multiple sectors. She began her career working on Senator John Warner’s political campaign, where she developed skills in political strategy, grassroots engagement, and relationship building. She later moved into sales at Sprint, honing her communication and negotiation abilities, and also served as a corporate trainer in the hospitality industry, specializing in leadership development and customer service. These roles provided her with a strong foundation in strategic communication, operations, and stakeholder management.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from George Mason University and earned an Executive Management certificate from Harvard Business School. She is an active member of the National Association of Business Political Action Committees (NABPAC), Public Affairs Council and is passionate about giving back to her community through volunteer work with the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria. Christine lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband, Mike, and their two dogs, Maggie and Wrigley.

Kandice Cahill serves as Executive Director of Sales Operations for Comcast Business Headquarters, where she leads a global organization responsible for the full spectrum of sales support and operations. She drives strategies and capabilities that enable a faster, smarter, and more seamless sales process—reducing friction, accelerating revenue, and enhancing the customer buying experience. Her team’s work spans from advanced quote generation and complex order validation to optimizing upstream sales operations, ensuring operational excellence at every stage.

With over 20 years of sales and operations experience—including more than a decade at Comcast—Kandice brings a unique perspective from leadership roles at the region, division, and headquarters levels. Previously, as Senior Director of Business Development Operations for the West Division, she led transformative initiatives that improved sales efficiency and market development, earning her recognition as a Comcast Circle of Success Award Winner and a key role in a major network expansion integration.

Kandice holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, an MBA from California Coast University, and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University. She is known for fostering high-performing teams through empowerment, accountability, and a commitment to operational excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling (the farther the destination, the better), Saturday morning workouts, time with her Huskies, and snowboarding adventures with her family.

Darla Cigainero is a senior sales executive with over 30 years of leadership experience driving growth, innovation, and excellence in the telecommunications industry. As Senior Director of Sales, Business Services at Cable One, she oversees five high-performing sales channels and has led transformative initiatives including AI-driven process optimization, strategic territory realignment, and enterprise-wide organizational redesign.

Known for her ability to build and scale high-impact teams, Darla has implemented performance-driven training and mentorship programs that have accelerated onboarding, enhanced sales effectiveness, and delivered measurable revenue gains. Her leadership is grounded in data-informed decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and a relentless focus on customer value.

Darla has completed coursework toward a B.S. in Digital Communications at Arizona State University. She has also participated in executive leadership programs through the Center for Creative Leadership and Dale Carnegie.

Outside of work, she is an active community volunteer who enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending live music events, and relaxing by the pool.

Jennifer (Miles) Crawford is Senior Director of Multiplatform Partnerships for The Walt Disney Company. In this role she oversees brand marketing efforts for TWDC’s entertainment networks: ABC, FX, The Disney Channels, Nat Geo and Freeform across all distribution partners including Apple, Amazon, Roku, Comcast, YouTubeTV, and DIRECTV

She started her career as a Writer/Producer/Editor at ABC Television before moving to AT&T where she helped launch U-verse television nationally as the head of upgrade and retention efforts. She was also the liaison for AT&T’s joint venture, Otter Media, where she managed the distribution of Fullscreen SVOD as well as other Otter Media SVOD services. In 2016 she developed the acquisition and go-to-market plan for AT&T’s dMVPD service DIRECTV NOW which grew to 1M subscribers in its first year.

She has been President of The WICT Network Southern California chapter since 2020.

Jennifer lives in Burbank, CA with her husband and daughter. She has a BA from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA from California State University, Northridge.

Danelle Danemark is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience driving strategic initiatives that align people, performance, and purpose. Since joining Comcast in 2011, she has been a dynamic force in shaping organizational effectiveness and fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and fun.

Currently, Danelle serves as a senior HR executive overseeing the full spectrum of human resources strategy and operations for Comcast’s Freedom Region. Her leadership is rooted in a deep commitment to empowering others, developing talent, and delivering impactful business outcomes.

Danelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Immaculata University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Villanova University. She lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with her husband Kevin and their two sons, Ian and Ronan.

Alexandra Davidson is a seasoned technology executive and currently serves as the Senior Director of Sales at Microsoft, where she leads a strategic sales organization focused on Media, Entertainment, and Telecommunications. In this role, Alexandra and her team are responsible for driving digital transformation, AI innovation, and business modernization for some of Microsoft’s most influential partners. Alexandra’s leadership style seamlessly blends strategic vision with inclusivity and a strong focus on results. She creates collaborative teams where diverse perspectives thrive and each member feels empowered.

Before joining Microsoft, Alexandra spent over 15 years in enterprise technology sales, business development, and product marketing at Samsung and Panasonic. Her work spanned Retail, Hospitality, and Federal sectors, where she led complex transformation initiatives and built trusted executive relationships. Since joining Microsoft, she has played a pivotal role in developing high-impact partnerships.

Alexandra holds a degree in Business Management and Japanese Studies from Gettysburg College, including a year abroad in Japan. She brings a global perspective and a deep appreciation for cultural nuance to her leadership style.

Outside of work, Alexandra lives in Tewksbury, NJ, with her husband Greg, their twin son and daughter, and their youngest daughter. She is an active volunteer in her children’s schools and serves as President of the Board at Haytown School. Whether cheering from the sidelines at lacrosse and ice hockey games or snowboarding with her family, Alexandra brings the same energy and commitment to her personal life as she does to her professional one.

Kerry Warznak serves as Vice President, Residential Revenue, at Comcast. In this role, she is responsible for leading revenue forecasting and planning for Comcast’s domestic residential product portfolio. She serves as a trusted advisor and key partner to Finance & Business Operations, Division, and Growth team leaders, delivering financial modeling for pricing, packaging, and go-to-market initiatives and informing strategies that accelerate revenue growth and customer lifetime value.

Kerry has been with Comcast for nearly 15 years and, prior to her current role, served as CFO for Comcast Business in the Northeast division. Before that, she spent seven years on the Financial Strategy & Analytics team, where she led a team focused on business operations and trend analytics, competitive intelligence, and strategic and analytical support for enterprise-wide initiatives. During this time, Kerry also led Comcast’s Finance & Business Operations Culture Ambassador program. She started at Comcast on the Corporate Investor Relations team, spending six years helping to communicate company strategy to the investor and shareholder community.

Prior to joining Comcast, Kerry worked in a variety of finance roles at Urban Outfitters and Liz Claiborne, and in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, where she began her career. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University. Kerry lives in Bryn Mawr, PA, and when not at work, spends most of her time cheering on her three children.

Samira Jafarzadeh serves as Vice President of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing at AMC Networks. Leading a dedicated team, Samira oversees multi-channel lifecycle strategies that engage millions of viewers & subscribers across a diverse portfolio of streaming brands including AMC+, Acorn TV, Shudder, HIDIVE, ALLBLK, and Sundance Now. Her expertise lies in leveraging behavioral insights and automation to drive personalized customer journeys and long-term loyalty. She is passionate about creating seamless, meaningful touchpoints that build relationships between audiences and the stories they love.

Prior to AMC Networks, Samira led a team of sports and hospitality marketers at Anthony Travel, the largest provider of collegiate sports travel management services. She was responsible for promoting fan and travel experiences for major collegiate athletic events, including the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships, Rose Bowl, and Aer Lingus College Football Classic.

A lifelong learner and advocate for inclusive storytelling, Samira is deeply committed to equity both on- and off-screen. In addition to her professional work, she is the co-founder of a pet lifestyle brand celebrating Middle Eastern heritage through modern design. She also volunteers with youth empowerment organizations and women-led startups. Samira lives in Washington, DC and enjoys boxing, road trips, and spending time with her family and dog Dakota.

I’m currently the Vice President of Program Delivery at Comcast Advertising, where I lead strategic initiatives and business operations across Media. My role centers on translating complex business priorities into actionable plans that drive innovation, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes to deliver on advertising ambitions.

My career spans over two decades across financial services, technology, and now advertising. I began at DLL, a global financial services firm, where I held leadership roles in technology, operations, and client strategy and worked on client accounts like Apple, IBM, Cisco and Microsoft. I later joined Microsoft, where I led global operations for Microsoft Financing, supporting the growth of Azure Cloud through innovative financing models. These experiences shaped my ability to lead large-scale transformations and build high-performing, cross-functional teams.

In 2023, I transitioned into the media and advertising space, a bold pivot that has been both humbling and energizing. I leaned into servant leadership, building trust with expert teams and learning the industry with curiosity and humility. I’m passionate about fostering psychological safety, creating clarity through ambiguity, and empowering others to lead.

Beyond work, I’ve launched global leadership programs for women and serve as a mentor and advisor to early-career professionals and ERGs. I hold an MBA from Penn State, a B.S. from Drexel, and executive education from MIT. I’m a proud wife and mother of two, and I find joy in traveling, reading leadership books, and exploring new cultures.

Ann Lee serves as Vice President of Distribution Planning and Analysis within The Walt Disney Company’s Platform Distribution division. She leads a diverse team responsible for key support functions for U.S. content distribution across SVOD, AdVOD, FAST Channels, pay television, basic cable, and broadcast television, as well as global avails management for the Disney+ and Hulu direct-to-consumer teams.

A seasoned executive with 25 years of experience, she brings deep industry knowledge to her cross-functional role navigating both third-party content sales and the company’s direct-to-consumer priority.

Her oversight includes distribution deal strategy, planning, and analysis. She collaborates closely with sales, programming, and various other inter-company teams to drive company priorities in an increasingly complex marketplace.

Her expertise in licensing, operations, and business development has helped shape the digital content distribution landscape for TWDC. She has played a critical role in building and managing foundational SVOD deals, including the launch of Disney+, Hulu, and Netflix, and in advancing strategic distribution opportunities following the acquisitions of Pixar, Marvel, LucasFilm, and 21st Century Fox.

Taryn Marrone serves as the Global Account Leader for Media & Entertainment at Amazon Web Services (AWS) Industry Business Unit, where she leads a global team of leaders and builders. She brings over 20 years of technology leadership experience to this role.

Before leading the Comcast partnership, Taryn spent five years as a District Leader within AWS Global Sales, helping enterprise customers implement complex business transformations. Her pre-AWS career included eight years specializing in advertising and marketing technology, where she drove innovation initiatives across multiple technical domains.

Taryn is committed to building diverse teams and mentoring the next generation of builders. Outside of work, she actively participates in local golf tournaments throughout the Philadelphia area.

Kristin Ocheltree is Executive Director of Streaming Services at Comcast, where she leads cross-functional teams across product strategy, operations, and marketing. She has built a reputation for thoughtful execution, people-first leadership, and delivering results that align with enterprise priorities.

She recently led the launch of Comcast’s first-ever streaming video package, NOW TV, bringing it to market in just nine months. Known for her deep industry knowledge and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, Kristin is trusted by leadership and respected by peers.

Kristin holds an MBA in Marketing and will soon begin a second MBA focused on Artificial Intelligence. She lives in Colorado with her husband, young daughter, and two dogs. Outside of work, her family enjoys all things outdoors—especially hiking, skiing, and camping.

Alicia Orabuena is an experienced product and technology professional and currently serves as Charter Communications Vice President of Mobile Devices. She has been with Charter Communications since 2014 and celebrated 10 years in the industry this past December. Alicia recently relocated to Denver to lead the Mobile Device team for Spectrum Mobile. She is responsible for the strategy, product launch, and lifecycle management for the mobile device portfolio. Prior to joining the Cable Industry Alicia was a technology consultant with Deloitte.

In her 10+ years in the Cable Industry Alicia has held various progressive roles in Sales Operations, as head of Product for Digital Marketing, including ownership of the website and ecommerce platform. She specializes in product management and solving complex problems with the right mix of technology and operations.

Alicia graduated with her MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona. She is a musician who can play several instruments and enjoys traveling with her husband and three children.

Lauren Pancrazi has established herself as a leader in the technology and media industries, currently serving as a Global Client Leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Lauren and her team help customers leverage the power of AWS technologies to drive innovative solutions resulting in cost savings, efficiency gains, and improved revenue streams. In Lauren’s current role, she leads a large global and cross-functional team across the US, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions. With strong product knowledge and deep customer relationships, Lauren sets the strategy for her team and drives execution around customer goals. With Lauren’s coaching and direction, her team has delivered important results year after year, driving major transformations in the areas of content production, media supply chain, broadcast, gaming, direct-to-consumer, data science and analytics, and content monetization. Lauren’s work has been recognized as having an impact in the industry, and her customers have showcased the cloud transformations supported by Lauren and her team at numerous global industry events.

Lauren’s educational background includes a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors. Michelle Powell is the Senior Vice President of Business Integration, Customer Operations. She is a highly experienced executive with over 33 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and over 12 years’ experience in a senior leadership position focusing on end-to-end Program Management, Product and Service Delivery, Team Building, coaching, and mentoring.

Her most recent role can be described as a hybrid position that includes implementing and supporting key, strategic programs for all product lines that are cross functional in nature. The primary focus is the delivery of programs and projects that ultimately drive adoption, revenue, and outstanding customer and front-line employee experiences.

In Michelle’s off time, she serves on the Executive Board for her family’s non-for-profit foundation, Mondays Cancer Care. Mondays provides free beauty and wellness services to patients who are diagnosed and undergoing treatment of Cancer. She is also a proud mother of 25-year-old twins, William and Sarah and a five-year-old Golden Doodle named Opie.

Sara Robertson is a Vice President of Business Planning at Charter Communications, providing direction for Charter’s Business Planning function. Based out of Stamford, Connecticut, Sara leads operational and financial planning, oversees the consolidation of annual forecasts and budgets, and provides data-driven analysis and continuous process improvements in support of organizational objectives.

Sara has nearly 25 years of telecommunications experience. She began her career as an analyst with Time Warner Cable supporting Sales & Marketing and has continuously pursued innovation and problem solving, taking on roles with increasing responsibility and leadership. In 2016, Sara made the transition to Field Operations where she spent six years as Sr Director for the New York City Region leading Business Planning, Fleet and Facilities. In 2022, Sara was promoted to Vice President and made the move to a corporate role leading the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund (RDOF) and State Grant team, managing processes from bid to award to compliance before moving into her current role. Sara’s natural curiosity motivates her to seek new challenges and identify better ways to drive the business forward.

Sara holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, an MBA from New York University and is an alumnus of the WICT Rising Leaders Program. She resides in New York City where she volunteers monthly for Puppies Behind Bars socializing future service dogs. Sara frequently escapes the concrete jungle for her cottage in Finger Lakes wine country, where she can be found driving around Keuka Lake in her vintage Chevy pick-up.

AVP, Government Relations-Broadband Grant Compliance, Cox Communications

Esther Rosenthal is a seasoned regulatory leader with over 30 years of experience in telecommunications policy, compliance, and advocacy. At Cox, she leads compliance for more than $430 million in state and federal broadband deployment grants, helping expand high-speed internet to underserved rural and remote communities.

Her role spans grant contract negotiations, risk assessment, and operational compliance. She collaborates across departments to ensure projects meet complex regulatory requirements while staying on schedule. Esther also advises Cox leadership on grant-related risks; and engages with state broadband offices as broadband funding remains a high-profile issue.

Since joining Cox in 2005, Esther has led initiatives in California and Nevada as Regulatory Affairs Director, and later nationwide as head of State Regulatory Affairs. Her earlier roles at XO Communications, Comcast, and other telecom firms shaped her expertise in Universal Service, competitive markets, and consumer protection.

Esther also is committed to community service and inclusion. She served on the board of youth-nonprofit Outdoor Outreach, co-founded the California Cable Supplier Diversity Symposium, and supported diverse suppliers through Cox’s California Diversity Council. She also co-leads a women’s mentoring group and volunteers with Cabrillo National Monument.

Originally from Philadelphia, Esther is an avid hiker. She holds a B.A. in Broadcast/Cable from Penn State and a J.D. from California Western School of Law.

Marjorie Sedillo is an AI/ML leader with over 14 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She currently leads the shared data science practice at Spectrum, where she oversees a cross-functional team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software engineers. Her team’s work has enabled enterprise-wide improvements in internet quality of experience and accelerated the adoption of generative AI.

Marjorie is passionate about using data to simplify decision-making and create scalable solutions to complex business problems. She believes in fostering collaborative, high-performing teams through mentorship, transparency, and continuous learning.

Prior to Spectrum, she was a consultant at Accenture, providing technology consulting services for Fortune 500 telecommunications companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Southern Methodist University’s Lyle School of Engineering. Outside of work, Marjorie enjoys reading and spending time in the Colorado outdoors with her husband and young daughter.

Shena Seneca Tharnish joined Comcast Business Services in February 2017 as Vice President of Cybersecurity Product Management and currently leads the strategy and execution for Secure Networking and Cybersecurity solutions. Prior to Comcast, she served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Network Infrastructure at PNC Bank for five years in Pittsburgh, PA, and spent 12 years in Atlanta, GA, as a Senior IT leader at The Home Depot, Inc.

Shena leads a high-performing team of product and program management professionals focused on solving today’s most pressing network and security challenges with innovative, scalable solutions for businesses of all sizes. She is a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership and advancing representation in the workplace and serves as the National Champion for Comcast Cable’s Employee Resource Group, Indigenous @ Comcast.

With over 25 years of experience in IT, Shena has successfully led engineering, development, and product organizations across the telecom and enterprise sectors. Earlier in her career, she served as a Network Consultant for MCI WorldCom and Concert Communications (BT/AT&T), designing enterprise WAN solutions for global businesses.

Shena earned her Executive MBA from Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in New York.

Rachel is a seasoned finance executive with a wealth of experience spanning the airline, e-commerce, and telecommunications industries.

Currently, she serves as the Senior Director of Finance and Business Operations at Comcast, overseeing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Business Assurance for Comcast Cable Business in California. Since she joined Comcast in 2018, she held various responsibilities including FP&A, Courtesy Services Management, Facilities, Real Estate, Fleet, and leading the acquisition of city of San Bruno’s Network.

Before joining Comcast, Rachel was the Director of Finance at Groupon, where she led the FP&A team for the Groupon Goods Business Unit. Her career also includes various finance leadership roles at United Airlines, including Corporate FP&A, and Finance partnership roles supporting the functions of airline catering, flight operation and aircraft maintenance.

Rachel is deeply committed to supporting leaders from diverse backgrounds and actively participates in cross-industry collaboration efforts.

Rachel holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Blending creative roots with technical rigor, Kathryn Stracquatanio leads Comcast’s Global Design Engineering organization—a 30+ person team spanning the U.S. and U.K. As Executive Director, she sits at the intersection of design and engineering, building the infrastructure behind Comcast’s design systems, prototyping stacks, internal tooling, and production-quality experiences across platforms.

Her path into tech was unconventional. A Graphic Design graduate turned self-taught developer, she quickly learned to bridge disciplines—working on high-profile media projects for MTV and Virgin Mobile, and with educational groups and museums like the WWII Museum and The Franklin Institute. She joined Comcast in 2017, where she founded and scaled the company’s UX Engineering practice from a grassroots group into a global capability.

A champion of hybrid thinkers and inclusive teams, Kathryn has helped drive the development of internal tools that streamline workflows, reduce friction, and enable designers and developers to do their best work. Under her organization’s guidance, shared component libraries were developed to improve accessibility, design fidelity, and consistency across platforms. Her leadership style is transparent, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that thoughtful systems and cross-functional collaboration are key to scaling quality and impact.

Suzanne is the Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Xumo, a joint venture between Comcast and Charter that focuses on streaming entertainment and distribution.  She leads the team responsible for Strategy, Program Governance (PMO, Care/Ops, Privacy), Research and Data.

Suzanne has been at Comcast for fifteen years, and in this role at Xumo for nearly three years. Her team focuses on: long-term strategic opportunities for the business, customer feedback through CSAT, internal panels and external research, program and PMO for capital investments and privacy, customer care for the retail devices we distribute, and recurring reporting for the platform business.

In her previous roles at Comcast, she was mostly in finance, including Strategic finance and Financial Planning and Analysis for the overall Cable and residential business units.  She’s also had analytical, business ops roles in business units like residential internet and business services.  While at Comcast, Suzanne has had an opportunity to learn in different functions, products and leadership cultures, which has been a great experience.

Prior to joining Comcast, Suzanne worked at Morgan Stanley as a Senior Analyst in the Private Wealth Management division.  At Morgan Stanley, Suzanne worked with Ultra-High Net Worth families and institutions to optimize asset allocations across traditional and non-traditional investments, trade stocks/options and lead the team of analysts working to meet client needs.  At Morgan Stanley, Suzanne earned her CFA designation.

Suzanne received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Art History from the University of Pennsylvania.  Over the years, she has been active in service organizations and non-profit boards, but she currently spends her free time shuttling her four young children to activities and sporting events.  She lives in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and likes to spend summer weekends in Ocean City, NJ.

DeAdria is an accomplished leader in customer operations with over 20 years of experience across diverse sectors, including Hospitality, Finance, Telecommunications, and Sales. As Group Vice President of Customer Service, she has managed teams of up to 8,000 employees, focusing on critical areas such as Customer Self-Install, Video Repair, and Internet/Phone troubleshooting.

Her career began as a call center agent, where she quickly progressed through the ranks to assume leadership positions. In 2012, DeAdria joined Time Warner Cable as Manager of Operations. Her dedication and expertise propelled her to roles such as Director of Operations and subsequently, Sr. Director of Customer Service. By 2022, she was appointed Vice President of Customer Service Operations Support, overseeing several contact centers and ensuring the delivery of top-tier customer service.

DeAdria’s academic credentials include an MBA in Project Management from Columbia Southern University, underscoring her commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning. In addition to her corporate achievements, she is a successful entrepreneur and real estate investor. Her commitment to community service is reflected in her role as a board member for a nonprofit youth Track and Field club, where she helps foster young talent.

Outside of her professional endeavors, DeAdria is a dedicated mother to three daughters and enjoys a fulfilling family life with her husband, Robert, to whom she has been married for 24 years.
