Annmarie Andress currently serves as the Vice President of Vendor Management for Central Division at Comcast and has worked for Comcast over the past 10 years in several key leadership roles.
Within her current role at Comcast, she is responsible for driving Comcast Customer Care Business Partner Operations for Central division. She is also responsible for developing and executing on key strategic initiatives and overall operational performance of the business partner network. Annmarie leads over 6000 business partner customer care agents and 9 Business Partner Relationships, operating in 4 international geographies and 12 international sites. Annmarie drives operational performance for key performance indicators including Retention and Churn Reduction save rates, sales and upsell targets, and customer experience metrics including NPS and customer rep sat in the business partner network.
Annmarie has also served in the past as an executive member of the Comcast My Abilities Employee Resource Group (ERGs), an organization that fosters inclusive environments for all employees and has served on local school district and nonprofit organizations as advisory council member focused on improving services, employment opportunities, housing accessibility and quality of life for the disabled.
Prior to joining Comcast, Annmarie held several leadership roles within several large financial companies such as the Vanguard Group and Prudential Insurance Company where she led large scale, multi-site business operations for Customer Service, Sales and Retention services.
Annmarie holds a M.A in English Literature and B.A in English Secondary Education from the University of Scranton, PA. Annmarie lives in Pennsylvania and enjoys spending time with her husband, Jim and their three children Kayla, Sean and Ryan at the beach in the summertime.
