Erin Palmer

Erin Palmer is the Manager of Enterprise Access and Authentication Services for Comcast in Philadelphia.  She is part of the Information and Infrastructure Security team that is responsible for the entire Comcast footprint.   Erin’s team specifically handles how employees, contractors, and third parties across the globe access the Comcast network today.  Her team also develops and operates a large authentication system for access to Comcast’s wide footprint of network devices, servers, and privileged accounts.


Erin started with Comcast as an intern during high school and college summers.  She started her career as a Network Security analyst in 2001 and quickly fell into the Access Control domain.   After obtaining her MBA in 2007 she moved to a Team Lead and eventually Manager of the Access Control team.   Erin enjoys partnering with all aspects of the business to help with their security and access needs.   She leads her team to find new and innovative ways to help our customers be successful.


Erin holds a B.S. in Management Science and Information Systems with a minor in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Business Administration from The Fox School of Business at Temple University.   Erin resides in Philadelphia and enjoys the thriving restaurant scene and traveling to new places.
