Kathleen O’Reilly

 

Kathleen O’Reilly is an Accenture Senior Managing Director responsible for leading the company’s business across the US Northeast region, where her focus is bringing innovation to clients, attracting and leading top talent and driving the company’s impact across the communities it serves.  The Northeast region serves clients across key industries such as life sciences, banking, capital markets, communications, health, insurance, high tech, media/entertainment, retail and consumer goods.  Prior to her current role, Kathleen was the Group Strategy and Operations Officer for North America and was responsible globally for Accenture Strategy across the Communications, Media and Technology industries. Ms. O’Reilly is a member of Accenture’s Global Leadership Team.

 

Previously, Ms. O’Reilly was Accenture Strategy’s Global Industry lead for Communications, Media and Technology (CMT) and served on CMT’s Operating Group’s Management Committee. Building on more than 25 years of CMT industry experience, she has advised clients on a range of critical issues including corporate strategy, digital innovation, and organizational and operational excellence.  

Previously, Ms. O’Reilly served in a broad range of leadership roles inside Accenture including Global Senior Managing Director of Communications, High Tech and Media’s Management Consulting practice, Cable Industry practice lead in North America, and as a Diamond Client Account Lead.  She joined Accenture in 1996 and has been a Managing Director since 2000. 

 

An active member of both her local and industry communities, Ms. O’Reilly has served on the boards of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, The Barnes Foundation, and Big Brothers Big Sisters (SEPA), and currently sits on the global Board of Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT) and the Corporate Board of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. 

 

Ms. O’Reilly earned her undergraduate degree from Princeton University, was a Carnegie Fellow at the Kennedy School at Harvard University, and has completed continuing executive education at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. 

 

Ms. O’Reilly lives outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her husband and children.
