The WICT Network: New York, in partnership with Colorful Connections, invite you to this 60-minute virtual workshop. Gain essential skills to evaluate your understanding of being inclusive and bettering the workplace.
This workshop will focus on: Cultivating a Respectful Multigenerational Workplace.
Learn to better understand and appreciate the diverse perspectives, values and communication styles of different age groups within an organization. Get the tootls to foster collaboration and earn mutual respect among employees from various generations, such as Baby Boomers, Generation X, Milennials, and Generation Z. Topics may include bridging communication gaps, leveraging generational strengths and creating an inclusive environment that values the contributions of individuals at different stages of their careers.
