Janet Arihood is a seasoned retail and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning the technology, entertainment, and telecommunications industries. She joined Comcast in 2022 as a Retail Assistant Manager, quickly establishing a reputation for operational excellence, people development, and delivering measurable results. Janet’s strong performance and leadership potential led to her promotion into the Retail Operations Manager role for the Midwest Region, where she drove several key initiatives that elevated the Midwest to the number one region in operational performance metrics.

Building on this success, Janet transitioned into the Market Manager role, overseeing six retail locations and more than 70 team members. It was in this role that she discovered a deep passion for coaching, talent development, and cultivating high-performance teams. Her ability to inspire others and lead through influence set the foundation for her next career step.

Janet now serves as the Senior Manager of Retail Development, where she focuses on accelerating speed-to-success for new hires, reducing new hire attrition, strengthening sales enablement practices, and enhancing leadership development programs across the organization. Her work directly supports building a more confident, capable, and future-ready retail workforce.

A two-time Region MVP for Elite (2023 and 2026), Janet is recognized for her commitment to excellence and impact. She is a graduate of Dale Carnegie’s Leadership Training for Leaders (2025) and proudly serves as a board member for Comcast’s Unidos Employee Resource Group in the Midwest Region.

Audrey Avila is a Senior Manager of Platform Distribution Operations at The Walt Disney Company, where she executes global transactional distribution strategy and deal management for film and television content across more than 60 territories. She joined The Walt Disney Company as part of the Fox acquisition, bringing deep expertise from 20th Century Studios, where she began her career overseeing physical media delivery before expanding into global digital distribution operations. Over the course of her career, Audrey has partnered closely with crossfunctional and international teams spanning technology, localization, finance, legal, and external vendors to deliver complex, largescale initiatives. She played key leadership roles in the launch of Movies Anywhere and Disney+ for the 20th Century catalog across 30+ territories, overseeing asset delivery, localization, budgets, and vendor management. Audrey is known for her collaborative leadership style, operational rigor, and commitment to developing highperforming teams in a global media environment. In her free time, Audrey enjoys attending concerts, baseball games, WNBA games, a good book or movie, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Jennifer Banks is a strategic Human Resources leader with more than 20 years of experience transforming organizations and developing highimpact talent strategies across complex, multistate operations. She currently serves as an HR Business Partner Manager for Cox Communications’ West Region Network & Field Operations, supporting nearly 2,000 employees across California, Nevada, Arizona, and Idaho.

Jennifer is known for her expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, California employment law, and datadriven decision making. She excels at building leader capability, guiding change, harmonizing policy, and fostering inclusive, highperformance cultures.

A trusted advisor to senior executives, Jennifer has led compensation programs, performance management cycles, leadership development, and employee relations strategy throughout her career. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and SHRMCP and PHR certifications.

Outside of work, Jennifer prioritizes time with her family, enjoys traveling, and stays active through activities like pickleball and regular workouts, bringing the same energy and discipline to her personal life as she does to her leadership work.

Natalie is a Director of CX at Charter Communications, where she leads a team of designers and analysts dedicated to delivering human-centric experiences. By weaving together strategic thinking, data, and design, she helps translate customer pain points into action, and shapes the way Spectrum delivers on its Customer Commitment.

Natalie’s career spans consulting, entrepreneurship, and technology, where she has led large-scale transformation efforts, launched new products, and helped organizations see their work through customers’ eyes. She earned her MBA from London Business School, where she channeled her entrepreneurial drive by working with startups in the Techstars accelerator, co-founding a med-tech startup, and helping microentrepreneurs in Johannesburg build their businesses. Natalie brings that same enterprising spirit to her day-to-day work. She leads a team that works across the organization to build rapid prototypes, launch small but scalable pilots, and find innovative new ways to tackle customer challenges.

At home, Natalie applies advanced operational skills as the full-time Project Manager of two small kids. She oversees large-scale Magnatile construction, leads arts & crafts innovation labs, and runs a highly reliable door-to-door transportation service to & from activities.

Dr. Lina Christensen is a Senior Director of Government Affairs Strategic Initiatives at Comcast, known for leading large, complex subsidy initiatives that require clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution across diverse teams and geographies. She specializes in navigating ambiguity, driving organizational change, and translating multi‑stakeholder priorities into workable strategies that move programs forward.

Throughout her career, Lina has built a reputation for bringing structure to complexity. She leads cross‑functional efforts, ensuring teams stay synchronized around shared goals even in fast‑moving or highly dynamic environments. Her work often involves orchestrating decision frameworks, guiding escalations, and creating executive‑level narratives that support prioritization and long‑term planning.

A graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in English, Jennafer began a career grounded in communication, critical thinking, and professional writing. Immediately after graduation, she joined Comcast Advertising in local advertising sales, developing deep expertise in media strategy, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. While working with clients at all levels, Jennafer built a reputation for understanding diverse perspectives and translating business needs into strategic solutions.

Driven by a passion for communication and process improvement, Jennafer transitioned to the company’s Operations team as a Communications Specialist, where a strong interest in advertising operations and workflow optimization quickly emerged. She then advanced to Ad Operations Analyst, helping improve system efficiencies and campaign performance.

Jennafer has certifications in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, utilizing these skills for leveraging data analytics to transform complex information into actionable insights. This blend of strategic thinking and data fluency led to a promotion to Senior Analyst, overseeing large-scale operational initiatives and performance-driven projects.

Today, as Manager of Advertising Operations, Jennafer leads a high-performing team focused on executing data-driven advertising strategies and implementing automation to enhance campaign effectiveness. Lauren Cronin is a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving growth, building highperforming teams, and elevating customer engagement in the telecommunications industry. As Manager 2 of Small & Medium Business Direct Sales – Outside Sales, Lauren leads a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative connectivity solutions that empower businesses to scale and succeed. Throughout her career, Lauren has championed a leadership philosophy rooted in accountability, authenticity, and continuous improvement. Kate Daly is a senior marketing leader with deep expertise in indirect channel strategy, partner engagement, and brand development. As Senior Manager of Indirect Channel Marketing at Comcast Business, she leads programs that strengthen partner performance, elevate brand visibility, and drive measurable business outcomes. Kate is known for aligning cross-functional teams, translating complex challenges into clear strategies, and delivering initiatives that support partner growth and adoption.

A longtime advocate for professional visibility, Kate has been an early adopter of LinkedIn since 2008 and has spent the last five years training leaders and teams on personal branding and executive presence. I’m a detail-oriented Technical Accounting Leader with extensive experience in US GAAP and a track-record of leading complex accounting analyses and judgements while being able to translate technical accounting concepts into practical business guidance. I’m a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, driving compliance, efficiency and strategic decision-making. Prior to specializing in technical accounting, I built my strong accounting knowledge foundation through my experience in public accounting while auditing various public and private companies, and received exposure to monthly reporting, budget and forecast responsibilities in a prior internal reporting role. Earlier in my career, while still in college, I also gained some valuable knowledge and exposure through my experience working as a personal tax preparer and a corporate accounting intern. I received my bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rutgers University in 2015 & my master’s degree in business administration from La Salle University in 2021.

On a more personal note, I’m originally from Belarus and have lived in the US since 2010. I speak Russian and a bit of Spanish. I’m married and have two children and a dog. My husband John is from Philadelphia suburbs where we currently live. I have a passion for travelling and reading books. My most recent trip was to Madrid last summer and my dream destination where I want to take my whole family one day is Japan. Bookwise, I’ve always loved historical fiction but lately have picked up reading many psychology books as well as autobiographies.

From the fast-paced world of the music industry to the cutting edge of mobile technology, Darin has spent over 30 years transforming challenges into high-impact business successes. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Comcast Business Mobile, Darin is a strategic leader who bridges the gap between visionary product roadmaps and hands-on technical execution.

Spending the last 26+ years with Comcast, Darin has defined his career through a ‘ground-up’ perspective, beginning as a dispatcher in 1999 and ascending through leadership roles in technical support and deployment. His tenure is marked by massive scale; as a Deployment Manager, he successfully launched over 100 key initiatives, including organizational change projects with budgetary impacts reaching $6 million.

His entrepreneurial spirit isn’t limited to the corporate world. As the CEO and Co-Founder of ZHUUM, LLC, Darin successfully navigated the startup ecosystem, securing investor funding and managing end-to-end business operations. This rare blend of corporate discipline and startup agility makes him a uniquely versatile leader.

An award-winning professional and lifelong learner, Darin holds an M.S. in Innovation & Technological Entrepreneurship and a B.S. in IT (Magna Cum Laude) from University of Massachusetts Lowell. Whether he is mentoring product owners or consulting on complex design requirements, Darin’s journey is a masterclass in driving measurable growth through collaborative leadership and a persistent drive for innovation.

Lisa Eman’s career reflects the idea from Lean In that “careers are a jungle gym, not a ladder.” Rather than following a single vertical track, she has built a broad foundation across industries and disciplines that now informs her leadership in telecommunications.

Lisa earned her degree in fashion design before moving into retail management, where she developed operational discipline, team leadership skills, and a strong customer orientation. She later transitioned into e-commerce and freelancing, partnering directly with business owners to solve growth, merchandising, and digital strategy challenges. That exposure to entrepreneurship sharpened her business acumen and strengthened her ability to translate ambiguity into execution.

Drawn to problem solving at scale, Lisa pivoted into data analytics, where she built technical expertise in SAP HANA, business intelligence tools, and data modeling. Today, she leads an analytics team within Procurement at Charter Communications, supporting supplier strategy, market intelligence, and executive reporting. She focuses on building structured processes, strengthening governance, and developing high performing analysts who can translate complex data into strategic insight.

I am a senior manager in HR Employee Services at Charter Communications, with more than a decade of experience leading enterprise HR operations, employee services, and large-scale service delivery teams. My leadership focus is on building reliable, compliant, and employee-centered HR operations that support business performance, workforce stability, and organizational growth.

In my current role as Senior Manager within the Employee Services Center, I provide strategic and operational oversight for multi-level teams and vendor partners responsible for delivering critical HR programs across the organization. I partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence, payroll, legal, recruiting, and business unit leaders to resolve escalated matters, ensure adherence to policies and service level agreements, and continuously improve service delivery. A key part of my role includes leveraging metrics, reporting, and data insights to drive process optimization, system enhancements, and informed decision-making.

Throughout my career at Charter, I have been recognized for leading effectively through change, developing high-performing teams, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration. I bring deep functional expertise across HR programs, benefits administration, leave management, payroll operations, HRIS platforms, and case management systems, with a strong emphasis on governance, risk mitigation, and data integrity.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from North Carolina Central University. Nicole is Director of Data Strategy & Measurement at Comcast Advertising, where she leads enterprise-wide initiatives spanning attribution program development, first-party data strategy, and cross-organizational collaboration between Comcast Advertising and NBCUniversal. Since stepping into the role, she has built and grown a team while navigating the intersection of privacy, legal, and advanced measurement, translating complex, ambiguous problems into structured strategy and scalable programs.

Her path to media and technology is anything but conventional. Nicole is a veteran who served as a drone pilot in the US Army before transitioning into roles in the federal government and eventually into the media industry, where she joined Comcast as part of the Rotational Leadership Program. Each step has shaped a career defined by adaptability and a track record of leading through complexity.

Nicole serves as a mentor for emerging professionals through the WICT Philadelphia Mentorship Program. She holds an MBA from Fordham University and a master’s degree from New York University and brings a deliberate, mission-oriented approach to both leadership and organizational change.

She is based in Western New York and enjoys reading and hiking.

Marisa George is a dynamic and collaborative marketing leader with experience in channel marketing, sales enablement, brand strategy, and communications. She currently is an Indirect Channel Marketing Manager at Comcast Business, where she drives strategic initiatives that strengthen partner engagement, elevate the seller experience, and enhance the company’s go‑to‑market impact across the Indirect Channel.

In her role, Marisa oversees premier executive channel events, shaping strategic narratives and fostering deeper collaboration with key partners, while managing content architecture, educational strategy, and the creation of high‑impact enablement assets that accelerate sales effectiveness. She partners closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive GTM alignment and successful product launches, develops messaging frameworks to increase program visibility, and leads integrated, multi‑channel campaigns. She loves to collaborate with others, is passionate about strategic thinking, and dedicated to empowering sellers and partners. Before joining Comcast Business, Marisa began her career at Otis Elevator Company, where she held progressive roles focused on marketing and communications. She enhanced global brand consistency, led major rebranding initiatives, and supported executive communications and events for senior leadership. Beyond her core responsibilities, Marisa participates in mentoring programs to support growth.

Marisa earned her B.S.B.A. in Marketing with a Finance minor from Elon University. She lives in Tampa with her husband, whom she married this past summer in Rhode Island. Outside of work, she enjoys hot Pilates, warm weather, and spending as much time as possible with family, friends, and her rescue dog Cooper.

With 19 years of experience in information technology, Meenu has built a diverse career spanning telecommunications, retail, and banking. She has evolved from a Java developer into a Director of Cloud Engineering and Application Development, leading enterprise scale transformations aligned with strategic business priorities.

Grounded in a strong STEM foundation, she holds a master’s degree in physics, which strengthened her analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and resilience. This foundation enables her to navigate ambiguity and complex technical landscapes with clarity and confidence.

She began her career as a Java developer, deepening her technical expertise while cultivating ownership and a strong customer-focused mindset. Over time, she expanded her scope to lead large, cross-functional initiatives centered on modernization, automation, and cloud migration. Her work emphasizes cost optimization, scalability, performance improvement, and operational excellence – consistently tied to measurable business outcomes.

Summer Horowitz is a business professional with extensive experience in media, sports, and entertainment. She is currently a Manager on ESPN’s Corporate Strategy team, where she leads economic analysis and deal strategy for programming rights acquisitions and renewals across major domestic and international sports properties, including the NFL and college sports (College Football Playoff, NCAA Championships, Power 4 conferences). Her work supports senior leadership in making high-impact decisions related to content investment, distribution strategy, and long-term growth.

During her time at ESPN, Summer has played a meaningful role in advancing ESPN’s women’s programming strategy and supporting the continued expansion of the network’s women’s sports investment in and cross-platform coverage of live events, studio coverage, and original content.

Before joining the Corporate Strategy team in 2021, Summer worked in Platform Distribution Strategy at The Walt Disney Company where she led business analysis and deal strategy for Disney’s linear network portfolio, including the ESPN networks, ABC, Disney Channel and FX. As a member of Disney’s deal teams, she supported the renewals of network deals with traditional cable distributors, virtual MVPDs, and digital platforms, ensuring tens of millions of customers across America had access to their favorite shows and sporting events. Upon the launch of Disney+, she was responsible for distribution and wholesale partnership deals for Disney’s direct-to-consumer streaming products, including Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+.

Summer holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University.

Meghan Hosri is the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Charter Communications’ Spectrum News division. She began her career with Time Warner Cable more than fifteen years ago and continued to grow through the 2016 transition when Charter Communications acquired the company. Over the years, Meghan has advanced through a variety of HR roles before moving into talent acquisition—a shift that’s allowed her to connect even more closely with the people who bring Spectrum News to life.

Meghan is passionate about helping others discover career paths where they can truly thrive. She believes that while skills can always be learned, qualities like integrity, empathy, and genuine care can’t be taught—and those are exactly what she looks for in every candidate she meets. That same belief shapes how she leads her own team, creating a culture built on authenticity and purpose.

A proud graduate of the University at Buffalo, Meghan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. Lingyan Jiang is a Technical Program and Account Manager at Arcadyan, where she leads the Comcast account and drives cross-functional collaboration across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Serving as a strategic bridge between global engineering teams and executive stakeholders, she guides the development and delivery of high-performance broadband and WiFi devices supporting a portfolio with annual production exceeding one million units. Her work focuses on aligning technical execution with business strategy, ensuring scalable, competitive solutions across diverse markets.

Prior to Arcadyan, Lingyan served as a Technical Program Manager at Minim, where she led international engineering teams and five global ODM partners to launch multiple Motorola-branded networking products, generating over $5 million in annual revenue. Earlier in her career, she gained hands-on experience in engineering and manufacturing, working in China and Thailand, shaping her systems-thinking mindset and practical leadership style.

Lingyan is passionate about building trust across cultures and functions, and she thrives in environments where collaboration spans time zones and perspectives. She holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Boston University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and has explored numerous countries, drawing inspiration from different cultures and experiences that continually broaden her global perspective.

Vicky Kabler is a seasoned technology professional with 12 years of expertise in network consulting and sales engineering at Cisco Systems. Her leadership foundation was built in the public sector, where she led technical support teams and spearheaded critical training and development initiatives.

Today, as a Solutions Engineer, Vicky drives technical strategy for Web and AI providers, tailoring Cisco solutions to meet customers’ unique business goals. By fostering a collaborative, cross-functional approach, she unites teams with diverse talents to ensure Cisco delivers transformative business outcomes rather than just products.

A Cisco Chairman’s Club honoree, Vicky operates on a simple conviction: sustainable growth is built on trust and relentless customer advocacy. Vicky’s strategic impact was recognized when she was chosen as part of a select global panel to develop and present a new services vision for Cisco at the organization’s leadership summit in China.

Beyond her technical contributions, Vicky is a dedicated mentor with a passion for early-career development and new hire onboarding. I earned my bachelor’s degree in International Business with a minor in French Studies from the University of Delaware, where I had the opportunity to study abroad in Martinique over winter break and later spend a semester in Paris sharpening my French language skills. After graduating, I joined a financial services company as a Marketing Analyst. It was there that I taught myself digital analytics from the ground up by learning analytics platforms, SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation. While working full-time, I pursued my MBA part-time, completing the program four years (and two additional study abroad experiences) later with a concentration in Marketing and Strategic Management.

Following five and a half years in financial services, I transitioned to Comcast to focus fully on digital analytics. In my current role, I manage the implementation of analytics across digital platforms, translate complex data into actionable insights, and tell compelling data stories that drive better decision-making. I also lead a team of two analysts, partnering closely with stakeholders to advocate for and continuously improve the digital customer experience.

I live and work in the wonderful city of Philadelphia. Outside of work when I’m not hanging with my cat, I enjoy baking, trying new restaurants and traveling.

Ann Marie Kehlor is a strategic marketing executive and inspirational leader with more than 25 years of experience driving brand growth, digital innovation, and community engagement across national and regional organizations. She currently serves in a senior marketing leadership role at Sparklight, a brand of Cable One, where she leads initiatives focused on customer experience, digital engagement, and brand positioning within the telecommunications sector.

Throughout her career, Ann Marie has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and high-growth startups to build marketing strategies that differentiate in competitive markets. Her expertise spans healthcare, telecommunications, retail, entertainment, and community-based organizations. She is known for translating complex business objectives into actionable digital and social media programs that deliver measurable impact.

After two years as a Developer, Kylie became Technical Lead for the greenfield Application: Architect, which unified nine different systems to support Sales, Inventory, and Reporting teams in tracking ad campaigns from proposal through post-campaign reporting. Kylie later served as Technical Lead for Hubble, Architect’s sister application, providing impression reporting and forecasting. Collaborating with Data Science, she helped integrate models to deliver predictions, while owning system architecture and technical approach.

Casey Smith is a Manager of Data Analytics for Spectrum Business. Since joining the business team under Charter Communications in 2021, Casey has been focused on implementing solutions and optimizing business processes through advanced statistical and predictive modeling. As a manager on the Data Science team, Casey has had the privilege of working with a wide variety of business units on numerous complex, ongoing, and company-wide analytical projects. Her portfolio includes building cross-functional and strategic models to predict customer churn, construction costs, business readiness intervals, fiber and coax product propensity, and financial forecasts. Casey is an end-to-end data scientist, working with stakeholders to not only operationalize the problem, but to lead her team in developing the solution – typically through AI or machine learning based predictive models, and eventually releasing that product back to the end user for ingestion and adoption.

Prior to her role with Spectrum Business, she spent four years as a research scientist and lab manager, creating and conducting psychological studies to investigate motivated reasoning, and bias in the judgement and decision-making process.

Originally from Northern Virginia, Casey moved to North Carolina after graduate school and bought a house with her partner of eight years. She is passionate about social justice issues and works in the community to care for the local stray and feral cat populations. Mara Soldinger is a Senior Manager of Photography at Hallmark Media, overseeing photography for Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Mystery and Hallmark+. With nearly two decades of experience across entertainment, media and publishing, she specializes in creative strategy, large-scale production management and brand-driven visual storytelling. Known for her collaborative leadership style and operational precision, Mara delivers creative excellence while driving efficiency across platforms.

In her current role, Mara leads end-to-end photo workflows for more than 100 films, scripted and unscripted series and network specials annually. She manages on-set unit photography, oversees budgets and contracts and builds strong relationships with talent, producers, photographers and network executives to help spearhead creative ideation and campaign development. Her work directly supports marketing efforts, publicity campaigns, press exclusives and premieres, while preserving Hallmark’s brand integrity through established photography guidelines and best practices. Previously, Mara held senior visual and photo editing roles at E! Entertainment and Getty Images, where she managed high-volume editorial content, negotiated image rights, supported major live entertainment events and partnered closely with legal, publicity and digital teams. Valeria holds a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from her home city of Caracas, Venezuela. In 2018, she came to the United States, fleeing political turmoil in Venezuela, and made the bold decision to build a new career in the US media and technology landscape.

Alicia Berhow joined Charter Communications as the Director of State Government Affairs in November 2019 representing Orange County, Ventura County, and Long Beach. Prior to joining Charter, Alicia served as the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs for Orange County Business Council (OCBC) representing 300 of the most influential corporations and non-profit organizations in California. Alicia led the policy and legislation department advocating on OCBC’s four key initiatives, workforce housing, infrastructure, workforce development, and economic development for Orange County and the southern California region. Her advocacy crossed several sectors including water, transportation, education, tele-communications, health care, and energy. In addition to OCBC, Alicia served for five years as Senior Field Representative for Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez and held the position of Sales Administrator for Molson Coors (formerly Miller Brewing Company). Niharika Bhat is an account executive at Cisco Systems, where she has been supporting Microsoft as a customer for the past 6 years. A driven leader in the programmatic space for nearly ten years, Taylor Chamberlain currently serves as a Sales Manager at FreeWheel, an advertising tech platform and Comcast subsidiary. While at FreeWheel, Taylor became the first hire on the independent sales team, has had the pleasure of watching the team grow to 15 + and is now personally managing a team of seven sellers. Her team is responsible for all East Coast and political programmatic CTV sales, overseeing over ~$1B in ad spend.

A proud University of Connecticut alumna (Go Huskies!), Taylor’s career has been shaped by the fast-paced energy of the East Coast, with roots in DC, and a professional career predominantly based in New York – having previously worked in linear + programmatic sales at Fox Sports for several years. One of Taylor’s fondest professional memories at Fox Sports was getting into a ADU bidding war for the 2018 Dodgers/Red Sox World Series game that lasted 18 innings (over 7 hours and 20 m).

In her spare time, Taylor loves to travel – preferably somewhere warm – explore the NYC restaurant scene – and spend time with family. Most recently, Taylor welcomed her first nephew, Theo, in October. She couldn’t be more excited to earn the title of favorite Aunt!

In this role, she manages cross‑functional efforts to operationalize distribution agreements, launch initiatives, and identify growth opportunities. She also monitors platform performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives and partner commitments. Before joining NBCUniversal, Brittany held roles at Warner Bros. Discovery and Paramount, gaining broad experience across distribution strategy within the entertainment industry. She is a graduate of New York University and currently resides in Los Angeles.

I’m grateful to have been part of Comcast Advertising for the past 2.5 years and recently began a new role as a Product Manager on the Inventory Enablement team. Bringing new products and offerings to our clients has quickly become one of my favorite parts of the job. I’m excited to enable more inventory opportunities for Comcast Advertising and to continue improving our reporting capabilities so we can stay ahead in a competitive industry.

Prior to this role, I worked on the Integrated Solutions team at Comcast Advertising, where I led workstreams to technically enable display ad inventory through FreeWheel ad serving. I also played a key role in evolving Comcast’s Identifier for Advertising (IFA) structure to better align with industry standards.

Before joining Comcast, I started my advertising career at the Kepler Group, a marketing agency specializing in digital measurement and attribution. I learned so much about advertising and media planning at Kepler. It still serves as a strong foundation for everything I do at Comcast Advertising.

On a personal note, I live in Old City, Philadelphia with my fiancé, Kyle, and our dog, Mac. I never get tired of spotting Ben Franklin impersonators on my walk to work, but my favorite part of Philly is definitely the growing food scene (and checking out all the newest spots on the Michelin Guide!).

Ryan Cullum is a Manager in Paramount U.S. Distribution, specializing in business development, content distribution negotiations and partner relationship management. In her role, she supports negotiations across Paramount’s broadcast, linear and streaming businesses by preparing key materials, monitoring industry trends to share insights with senior leadership and synthesizing complex deal terms into easily digestible deliverables. In addition to her core responsibilities, Ryan has taken on new leadership roles including serving as the summer internship manager and U.S. Distribution’s Culture Committee lead, where she oversees initiatives designed to foster employee engagement. Prior to joining Paramount, Ryan worked in public relations at Prosek Partners, supporting clients in financial services.

Prior to her current role, Kristen began her career at Comcast as an Administrative Assistant, where she built a strong foundation by excelling in her core responsibilities while proactively expanding her scope. She leveraged the opportunity to gain cross-functional exposure, build meaningful relationships, and position herself for continued growth within the company. She later advanced into Analyst and Senior Analyst roles in Vendor Management, where she supported monthly financial forecasting, delivered accurate financial reporting, performed detailed reconciliations, and presented insights to senior leadership.

Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Hampton University, where she developed an early appreciation for the value of involvement and professional networking. She has participated in several mentorship programs, including the WICT Mentorship Program, and has served as a Supervisor for the Cristo Rey High School Work-Study Program for the past three years. She works across A+E’s domestic and international distribution portfolio, partnering with sales, finance, marketing, research, and operations teams to expand the global reach of A+E’s programming.

With over a decade of experience in global media and transactional law, Yanni has built a career at the intersection of content, technology, and international markets. Prior to joining A+E Global Media, she held legal roles at VIZIO, most recently as Director, Platform Content, Media & Technology Counsel. In that capacity, she established scalable legal frameworks to support VIZIO’s streaming platforms and negotiated major content partnerships across FAST, AVOD, SVOD and other digital distribution models.

Yanni began her legal career in Hong Kong with White & Case and Ashurst LLP, where she helped establish capital markets practices in Asia and advised multinational banks and corporations on cross-border financing transactions.

Meghan Hayes is a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Comcast, where she celebrated her 16year anniversary in 2026. She serves as a strategic HR leader within the Technology & Product organization, supporting teams that design and deliver technologies enabling Comcast’s residential customer experiences. In this role, Meghan operates as a playercoach, partnering with technology executives to align talent strategy with business objectives, enhance leadership capability, and strengthen organizational performance. 

Meghan is recognized for her ability to navigate complex technical environments and enable scalable growth through datadriven insights, workforce planning, and effective leadership development. She has contributed to several initiatives, including launching a leadership development program where she facilitated Insights sessions as a certified practitioner. She also helped design and implement Comcast’s inaugural Knowledgefest, which provided curated, self-directed learning experiences for employees. Additionally, she previously supported earlycareer talent rotation programs such as the Finance Intern Program.

Since joining over two years ago, she has supported major initiatives including billing system migrations, subsidiary consolidations, and ongoing technology and process enhancements.  Jessica leads a high-performing team of accounting professionals with a strong focus on operational excellence, accountability, and strong internal controls. 

Prior to joining Cable One, Jessica held increasingly complex accounting and compliance roles supporting revenue recognition, SOX compliance, and global operations. She gained extensive experience designing internal control frameworks, leading cross-functional and international initiatives, and mentoring teams through system implementations and organizational change. I am a Director at FreeWheel, the advertising technology division of Comcast, where I lead demand partnerships across independent agencies as well as political and advocacy organizations. In my role, I work at the intersection of data, identity, and premium video to help brands and agencies navigate an increasingly fragmented media landscape.

I lead FreeWheel’s Agency Buyer Cloud efforts, where I’ve built and scaled a dedicated sales team and go to market strategy focused on independent agencies. My work has centered on shaping how Buyer Cloud shows up in the market, from positioning and partnerships to workflow integration and revenue growth, helping agencies adopt more flexible, transparent, and data driven approaches to programmatic activation.

Prior to joining FreeWheel, I was at Roku, where I initially led relationships with agency holding companies before transitioning to help stand up Roku’s DSP following its acquisition. Earlier in my career, I worked at a leading advertising agency in New York, building a foundation in digital media strategy, client services, and go to market execution. Tori Kornick is a passionate PR leader with expertise in strategic communications, media relations and reputation-building storytelling. As a Senior Manager of Public Relations at Comcast, she leads external communications for the company’s Keystone Region, serving 1.6 million customers across Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and Maryland. In this role, she oversees earned media, executive visibility, influencer partnerships, rapid response and crisis management across 10 media markets. Tori develops high impact proactive media strategies for the Xfinity, Comcast Business and Comcast Corporate brands, while also playing a key role in reputation management across diverse regional audiences.

Before joining Comcast, Tori spent several years in New York City leading integrated communications campaigns for some of the world’s largest healthcare and consumer brands. She most recently served as a Senior Account Supervisor at Marina Maher Communications, where she managed numerous key clients and drove major earned media results for companies including Amgen, AstraZeneca, Pfizer and Regeneron. Her work included executive profiling, clinical milestones, patient storytelling, award strategies and media events, earning top tier placements across national and health outlets.

Earlier in her career, Tori held roles at Edelman and Nike Communications, securing features in major outlets such as PEOPLE, Vogue, ABC News and Reuters, and supporting celebrity media days, consumer events and national campaigns.

Tori serves on the board of The WICT Network: Greater Pittsburgh and is a graduate of Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, where she earned her degree magna cum laude. She resides in the Pittsburgh suburbs with her husband Luke and two gray tuxedo cats, Leo and George.

Rachel began her career with Comcast in 2003 as a Care Agent in the call center and started her leadership journey in 2006. Over the years, she has served in a variety of roles, including Call Center Supervisor and Business Sales Manager, gaining broad experience across the organization.

For the past three years, Rachel has served as a Technical Operations Manager, leading a field fulfillment organization that supports the west side of Houston and surrounding areas within the Texas Region. In her current role, she leads 65 technicians and 6 field supervisors, with a strong focus on operational excellence, safety, customer experience, and developing future leaders.

Rachel is a servant leader who leads with compassionate accountability. She is passionate about supporting the growth of others and creating an environment where employees feel valued, appreciated, and motivated. Having been fortunate to learn from many inspiring leaders throughout her career, Rachel strives to be that same source of encouragement and support for those she leads.

In her role, she analyzes market performance, develops subscriber forecasts, and builds annual budget models that inform strategic planning and guide long-term decision-making. She also creates standardized reporting frameworks that enhance visibility, support collaboration, and ensure teams have consistent, actionable insights. Known for her ability to translate complex data into clear strategic direction, Lida partners closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and analytics to align priorities and maximize business impact.

Janice Lee is an HR leader with more than a decade of experience spanning workforce planning, talent management, HR operations, and organizational development. As a Director of Human Resources at Comcast Advertising, she supports four different business groups and partners closely with executive leaders on various strategic initiatives. A key part of her role involves using HR data and analytics to identify trends, forecast talent needs, and guide informed decision‑making. Throughout her career, Janice has intentionally pursued roles across every major HR discipline, building a broad and agile foundation that functions like a self‑designed rotational program. This diversified experience enables her to approach challenges with a holistic, future‑focused perspective. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources and an MBA with a concentration in Strategy, both from Rutgers University.

Outside of her professional career, Janice is committed to serving her community. She volunteers with the Association Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD), contributes to youth development as a Sunday School teacher at her local church, and is a dedicated caregiver for her mother. Madison LoPresti is an Accounting Manager within the Controllers Organization at Comcast Headquarters. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Rowan University and is currently completing her MBA with a concentration in Leadership from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, expected in May 2026. Madison began her career in public accounting at KPMG, where she advanced to Senior Audit Associate and gained experience supporting audits for private companies across the oil and gas industry.

Since joining Comcast in 2022, Madison has continuously sought opportunities to deepen her understanding of the business and collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners. In her current role on the Product Support team, she supports the Technology Product Experience organization with responsibilities spanning accounting for hardware and software maintenance and licenses, outside services, network support and maintenance, and capitalized labor. She is passionate about leadership, continuous improvement, and building capability—both for herself and those around her.

Madison is also deeply committed to service and community impact. She has been with the company for five years, managing brand health measurement initiatives, advertising effectiveness research, and various ad hoc project work, including: custom qualitative research, event measurement, message testing, offer validation, product concept exploration, competitive intelligence distribution, among others.

She entered ad tech right out of college and over the last 12 years, Amanda has built her expertise across the full digital advertising ecosystem starting as a traffic manager at a market-leading third-party ad server and going on to hold roles spanning ad operations, client relations, yield optimization, and marketplace strategy at companies ranging from early-stage startups to enterprise platforms. She has navigated mergers and acquisitions, helped pivot business models, co-managed significant shares of company revenue, and led the launch of managed service strategies that expanded both sales capability and agency reach. Since 2020, she has been part of the advertising team at Xumo under the Comcast umbrella, where she has shifted from technical operations to focus on project management, product expansion to international markets, and revenue-focused client growth in hand with the national sales team.

Colette began her career in front of the camera, appearing in television and national advertising campaigns before choosing to pivot toward strategic leadership and structured growth within the media business. She earned a dual degree in Theater and Psychology from The New School, a foundation that continues to shape her ability to connect storytelling, audience insight, and business strategy.

Before joining FreeWheel, Colette rose through progressive leadership roles at Comscore, where she led enterprise partnerships across Fortune 500 brands and global media holding companies while managing and developing high-performing sales teams. She later completed executive education at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, further sharpening her strategic perspective and leadership approach.

I am currently the Director of Financial Planning for Paramount Plus, where I oversee content analytics, including title performance tracking and profitability analysis for multiple Paramount+ business initiatives. I partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Data Science, Business Insights, and Business Affairs—to gather insights and perform scenario modeling that transforms emerging business ideas into clear, actionable plans.

Before joining Paramount, I held financial planning roles at both Fox and Sony, where I worked on the studio side of the business. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of the content lifecycle and the economics driving how productions are financed, utilized, and monetized across divisions. Isabela Reilly is a Senior Manager of Digital Yield & Inventory Strategy at Spectrum Reach in NYC, the advertising sales division of Charter Communications. In this role, she leads inventory optimization and strategy across all lines of business, partnering with Sales, Product, and Operations to translate data into actionable recommendations that drive revenue and operational efficiency.

Over the past six years at Spectrum Reach, Isabela has advanced from Digital Yield & Inventory Planner to Supervisor, Manager, and now Senior Manager. She has built and led high-performing teams, designed scalable onboarding and training programs, and helped shape the company’s Streaming TV model.

Isabela began her career in Brazil, where she earned a degree in Business Administration and held roles in Product Marketing at CocaCola—contributing to initiatives including the 2014 FIFA World Cup activations—and in Business Consulting at Deloitte. She relocated to the United States in 2017 to pursue an MBA in Marketing and Financial Management, and joined Spectrum Reach shortly after as a Product intern.

During this time, she played a pivotal role in streamlining HR processes and improving the HR Business Partner experience. She transitioned into her role as HR Business Partner in 2022.

Samantha earned a Bachelors in Business Administration from The University of Pittsburgh. She currently resides in South Philadelphia with her husband, Josh. Outside of work she enjoys travelling, trying new Philadelphia restaurants, and reading. She recently restarted playing Mahjong and has been teaching around the Philly area!

Kaysie Schwartz is Director, Client Experience for Spectrum Business, a division of Charter Communications. She develops the strategy and leads the Digital Operations Support team responsible for managing and supporting the client facing portal for Spectrum’s medium and large businesses.

Throughout her twenty-five-year career primarily in telecommunications, Kaysie has held management and leadership positions in program management, product, client experience, and operations. She started her career managing product development initiatives for data and voice services and moved into product management with Centurylink in 2011, where she was responsible for new revenue development and lifecycle management for hosted application services. In 2018 she began her journey with the Experience team in Spectrum Business managing development initiatives for the client facing portal, managing Digital Product, and now as a leader in Digital Operations.

Outside of work, Kaysie enjoys supporting and volunteering for The WICT Network: Rocky Mountain chapter, where she currently serves as Co-Director, Finance. She helps mentor younger professionals, including volunteering for the Future Business Leaders of America in the Cherry Creek school district. She loves skiing with her family, hiking, and running with her labrador, Remington.

A brief transition into real estate confirmed my passion lay elsewhere, leading me to join Spectrum Reach in 2009 and begin my journey in media sales. At Spectrum Reach, I thrived in the fast-paced, ever-evolving media environment, quickly becoming the highest revenue-billing account executive. In 2013, I joined Comcast Advertising in Sacramento and within a year earned a promotion to Local Sales Manager. I successfully built a new sales team that matched the performance of long-established teams in just four years. Later, as Automotive Sales Manager, I led one of the most successful teams in the organization, consistently sharing best practices and driving revenue initiatives companywide. Following a 2023 restructuring, I transitioned to Market Retail Local Sales Manager, focusing on retaining top talent, coaching toward the seller of the future, and collaborating on multiple enterprise-wide tiger teams to solve problems and launch scalable solutions. I began my career in the cable television industry in 1994 and have grown alongside the evolution of media and advertising for more than three decades. Today, I serve as a Supervisor of Yield Pricing & Inventory at Comcast Advertising, where I help lead pricing strategy and operational processes that support revenue growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across several areas of the business including traffic, sales, planning, inventory management, and pricing analytics. This experience has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the industry while becoming a trusted subject matter expert across multiple functions. It has also shaped my leadership approach, which focuses on collaboration, mentorship, and helping teams navigate change while continuously improving how we work.

I was born and raised in Chicago, where I still live with my husband and our dogs. Outside of work, I love traveling and exploring new cultures. Our adventures have taken us to many countries, with Iceland remaining one of our favorite destinations. My husband and I raised two wonderful daughters, including one currently in college who plays collegiate rugby. I also enjoy cooking and gardening, often using ingredients from my own garden in the meals I prepare for family and friends.

Laura Taliaferro, a Los Angeles native, is a risk and insurance leader at A+E Global Media. Raised in a family where “insurance talk” was everyday conversation, Laura learned early that preparation isn’t about expecting the worst; it’s about creating the conditions where people can do their best work. That perspective has shaped her career and the way she shows up as a partner to teams across the business.

Although she originally planned to become a special education teacher, Laura ultimately followed in her mother’s footsteps into the insurance industry. She began her career as an insurance broker, building a strong foundation in client service, problem-solving, and navigating complex coverage needs. After taking time away to start a family, Laura re-entered the workforce and transitioned into the risk management field, bringing both practical experience and a people-first approach to how organizations anticipate challenges and make confident decisions.

In her role at A+E Global Media, Laura oversees enterprise, corporate, and production insurance and risk, partnering across teams to translate complexity into clear, actionable guidance. The bridge between policy and state regulatory, Shannon is key in ensuring the company’s policies and regulatory advocacy remain consistent, that the company remains compliant with its state regulatory obligations, and that senior leadership is informed on state regulatory matters that could impact the company. Before joining Comcast, she was a paralegal for MediaOne, supported the legal administration of New York Carpet World, and served as a Military Police officer in the United States Army. Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree from Madonna University and resides in Howell, Michigan, with her husband and daughter.

Jordan Waldroop serves as Product Manager at Charter Communications where she leads an Internet and Voice analytics team.
