2026 Chapter Presidents

With a career spanning over 25 years, Kimberlie Grose is a dedicated telecom industry professional. Her beginnings at Jones Intercable as a Field Technician as well as positions in outside sales, customer service, business analysis, project / program management, and Information Technology, give her a unique perspective that she brings to bear in her current position as Director with the Interactive Voice Response team. 

In that role, she leads a team whose focus is to optimize the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system; taking the traditional IVR to the next level by leveraging artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and machine learning to create more intuitive, human-like interactions for the 31.5M Charter customer relationships. Her first-hand, diverse background is invaluable in ensuring that the technology solutions that are built consider the impact of groups beyond the call center. 

Kimberlie has spent her career on the leading edge of innovation, paving new paths as rapid technological advancements brought new challenges to overcome. At each step in her career, she rose to the occasion and then shared the solutions she and her teams built with people and teams in other areas. 

People who work for Kimberlie say that she creates an environment where they feel included, valued, and empowered to do work that energizes them. She creates steppingstones for them to become leaders themselves. With her at the helm, the people on her teams shine in their own spotlight as she cheers them on. 

An avid nature enthusiast, Kimberlie supports the Catawba Land Conservancy (CLC) mission to permanently conserve and manage land for public benefit in the Southern Piedmont of North Carolina. She and her husband are stewards of 40 acres protected by the CLC. Kimberlie’s hope in volunteering with the CLC is that future generations will have access to open spaces, beautiful forests, and clean water. Kimberlie and her husband enjoy spending their spare time riding their Percheron horses on their trails and sharing nature with their family. 

Sadie Molinet is an Account Director for State and Local Government and Education for Summit Broadband. Sadie is a strategic, collaborative, solutions-focused leader known for her ability to cultivate relationships. Sadie is focused on driving revenue for the business while delivering an exceptional client experience. 
 
With a passion for developing women leaders and a high-vibe growth mindset, she also serves our industry as President for The WICT Network: Florida Chapter. Serving over 380 members and providing the entire state with programming and professional development opportunities, Sadie strives to create engaging and inspirational events and programming delivering key takeaways that members can implement in their professional and personal lives. 
 
Sadie is a proud graduate of Florida State University (FSU) and received her Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina. Representing the West Central Region, Sadie is a member of Leadership Florida Connect Class 14. Sadie is the President of the SCTE Central Florida Board, Secretary for the NAMIC Florida Board, and is Vice President of the FSU Young Alumni Council. She is a graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay Class of 2020 and the ATHENA NextGen program. Sadie is a member of the Junior League of Greater Lakeland. Sadie feels strongly about raising awareness and funding for the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society. Residing in Tampa, Florida, Sadie is an enthusiastic FSU ‘Nole, enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, reading, eating/trying new restaurants, and traveling.

Darralyn Griffin is a finance and accounting leader with more than 25 years of experience, currently serving in a Finance Leadership role at Comcast. Throughout her career, she has held various roles across the organization, driving operational excellence and strategic financial initiatives. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Darralyn is deeply committed to community engagement and actively supports programs that promote education, empowerment, and inclusion.

Her leadership philosophy centers on empowering others through collaboration, transparency, and continuous growth. She believes in fostering an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives drive innovation and success. Darralyn is passionate about mentorship and developing future leaders, aligning with WICT’s mission to empower women in media, entertainment, and technology.

Erika Morales is a Senior Project Management Manager for Comcast’s Regional Finance team, bringing over 18 years of experience in telecommunications and technology services. Throughout her career, Erika has built a diverse portfolio across call center operations, business support, and analysis, with the last nine years dedicated to leading complex initiatives in project and program management.

Her leadership and commitment to excellence have earned her multiple internal company recognitions, including the Comcast Central Division Pinnacle Performer Award in 2022, celebrating her outstanding performance and impact within the region.

Beyond her corporate accomplishments, Erika is deeply engaged in professional and community development. She joined The WICT Network as a volunteer in 2010, completed the Chicago Chapter’s Rising Stars Mentorship Program in 2015, and has proudly served on the organization’s board since 2019. She also contributes to local initiatives in Illinois, supporting projects that strengthen her community.

Erika resides in Melrose Park, Illinois, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and Analysis. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Outside of work, Erika enjoys traveling with her family, attending concerts, and unwinding with a great show.

Heather is a dedicated and experienced leader in finance and accounting who enjoys managing and mentoring others to reach their fullest potential. Her current role is Manager of Business Planning for Charter Communications Field Ops in the Cincinnati area.  She has been in this role for eight years and has been a member of The WICT Network: Greater Ohio Chapter for most of that time serving this past year as President, after having served two years as Vice President and two years as Treasurer. 

Prior to this, she worked for eighteen years in various management, analyst and accounting roles at American Modern Insurance out of Amelia Ohio. She also worked at Chiquita Brands and the American Red Cross. 

She earned an undergraduate accounting degree and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. In addition to volunteering with the WICT Network, Heather also volunteered as a big sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, as a kids club volunteer at Crossroads Church and as a tax preparer at the United Way of Greater Cincinnati. 

In her spare time Heather enjoys watching movies, reading, hiking, snow skiing, and boating but most of all spending time with family and friends. 

Michele Corsini is an accomplished Executive Director of Product & Strategy within Comcast’s Global Technology Organization. In this role, she bridges business and technology to deliver both strategic and operational outcomes. Michele leads the Data & AI (D&A) Product & Strategy team, where she focuses on creating customer-centric data and AI products and services that support Comcast Cable, NBCUniversal, and Sky partners.

Her work spans the full data lifecycle — from designing intuitive, user-focused data products and AI solutions to building robust, scalable platforms. Michele places a strong emphasis on user experience (UX) and regulatory compliance while driving innovation that enhances operational efficiency, improves customer experiences, and delivers measurable business impact.

With more than 20 years of experience as a telecommunications business and technology leader, Michele has a proven record of streamlining operations and delivering enterprise-scale programs. Since joining Comcast in 1999, she has led initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and reduce costs through innovative analytics and reporting solutions.

Beyond her professional achievements, Michele is a passionate advocate for leadership and mentorship. She has served on the WICT Greater Philadelphia Chapter Board since 2018 and is a proud graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, Class 43.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys home redesign projects and spending time with her husband, four children, and their dog. Her family loves traveling and brunching together!

Angela Churchill is the Senior Director of Marketing & Operations for Comcast Business, Keystone Region.   In this unique role, Angela brings together and leads the strategic direction of the local marketing, analytics and operations teams to create one cohesive and balanced approach to how Comcast Business grows its footprint, in scope and brand, while mobilizing the sales teams to capture market share and revenue growth.

Angela believes every employee is in charge of creating the culture where they work and is active in shaping that culture on her team and in the Keystone Region.  She has been a co-lead of the Women’s Network (still a proud member), is the co-lead for the Customer Pillar for the DE&I Council, a mentor for the YPN Match Program and a 2024 graduate of the WICT Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.  Outside of Comcast, she is currently a member of the RMU Sport Management, Harrisburg University STEM-UP Network and Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber of Commerce Advisory Boards.

Before joining Comcast in 2012, Angela held positions as the general manager of the event division for the international publication AMM (American Metal Market), the marketing and event manager for Fortune 500 company WESCO and as the marketing manager of PLB Sports.  Angela is a 2001 summa cum laude graduate of Robert Morris College where she double majored in Sports Management and Marketing.

In her personal time, Angela is a strong supporter of pediatric cancer awareness and fundraising in honor of her niece Olivia, who at the age of 21 is a 13-year cancer survivor.   Most of her support goes towards the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD) in Hanover, New Hampshire where Olivia and many other pediatric patients and families receive excellent treatment and support.  Locally her support goes towards Connor’s Cure, a fund within Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation to support pediatric cancer research.  Angela’s 9-year-old son is named Connor in honor of all those fighting for a cure.

Mandy Schultz serves as Senior Manager, Human Resources within XGIE, where she specializes in supporting acquisitions. Comcast, a global media and technology leader, operates through two primary businesses: Comcast Cable and NBCUniversal. In her role, Mandy is dedicated to fostering a Great Place to Work culture—balancing the strategic needs of leadership with ensuring that frontline employees feel valued, heard, and supported.​

​Prior to joining Comcast, Mandy was Operations Manager for a woman-owned recruiting firm in Texas. Her leadership and commitment have been recognized throughout her career:​

• 2021 – Honored as Leader of the Year by Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT)​

Mandy is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT). She exemplifies the WICT Touchstone of being a Catalyst, consistently bringing initiative, quality, and innovation to every endeavor, particularly in her contributions to WICT Greater Texas.​

A proud Texas native, Mandy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University.

Jessica Pedigo is an accomplished marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in communications strategy, events, and sponsorships. Currently serving as Marketing Manager, Communications Strategy at Cox Communications Inc., Jessica leads the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and ensure strong ROI. Jessica manages a national communications budget of $11.6 million and develops go-to-market strategies that prioritize audience segmentation, personalization, and compliance.  

Previously, as Marketing Manager, Events & Sponsorships, Jessica directed event and sponsorship initiatives across six states, managed a $5.2 million budget, and partnered with major brands and sports teams to maximize exposure and engagement. Earlier roles at Cox Communications included overseeing event activations, vendor management, and creative campaign execution.  

Jessica began her career as a Graphic Designer at The Coleman Company, supporting trade shows and packaging design for consumer brands. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in communications (Integrated Marketing Communications) and Graphic Design from Wichita State University. 

A Senior Manager of Engineering in Charter Communication’s Software Development and Information Technology organization, Kate Moore has nine years of tenure where she has successfully grown her leadership and management skills.  Today, Kate leads teams whose mission is to build a data lake that transforms raw data into actionable business decisions and produce data visualizations that drive organizational direction and efficiencies.  With more than 24 years of corporate experience which includes time at Verizon Wireless and Scottrade, she has accepted roles which challenged and expanded her knowledge in leadership, process governance, tool administration, customer service, and project management.  Kate is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University where she majored in Education and graduated Magna cum Laude.  

Kate’s journey with WICT started in 2017 where she looked to expand her professional network and learn more about the telecommunications industry.  As with her professional career, her growth at WICT over the last eight years has grown steadily. Shortly after graduating from WICT Midwest’s Premier Management Development Series, she was asked to facilitate one of Charter’s Women in IT groups and for the next two years led the St. Louis chapter.  In this position, Kate’s responsibilities included hosting quarterly on-site events to support women on leadership paths through knowledge-sharing seminars, VP roundtables, and networking events.  In the fall of 2022, Kate was elected as WICT Midwest Chapter’s Director of Board Operations for 2023–2024.  In 2024, she was nominated for both the Spirit of Midwest and Women in Technology awards through the WICT Midwest Chapter, ultimately being honored with the Women in Technology award.  In 2025, she received the chapter’s Rising Leader award. As the Chapter President, Kate will continue her efforts to help advance women’s careers in the telecommunications and technology industries through her knowledge and career experiences by mentoring, networking, and encouraging both personal and professional development.

Her proudest accomplishment is her role as a mother.  Kate lives in the St. Louis area with her husband and children and when she is not working, Kate can be found planning her next vacation, shopping at TJMaxx, or snuggling with her dogs – Moose and Yadi.

Tania Eicoff is a Senior Studio Operator at ESPN. She is a video, camera, and jib operator for most shows at ESPN.   Prior to relocating to Connecticut, she worked at NECN. She grew up in the Boston area, which helps explain her passion for all Boston sports.  Tania has been on the board for The WICT Network: New England since 2019. 

She has her BS in Sports Management and Communication from UMass Amherst and an MS in Journalism from Quinnipiac University. She also has her MBA from the University of Connecticut. She currently is an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac University for the Film, Television, and Media Arts major.  In her spare time she enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and running.  She lives in CT. 

Liz Spaulding is Vice President, Global Business Development at BritBox, where she oversees all distribution and commercial partnerships (including traditional, OTT & DTC) for BritBox worldwide. In her first year at BritBox, she negotiated three new distribution contracts and aided in the launch of five platforms in North America, resulting in an expanded footprint of over 70M households now able to subscribe and watch BritBox. 
 
Prior to BritBox, Liz was Director of Distribution at STARZ (A Lionsgate Company) where she was responsible for multi-platform content distribution and strategic partnerships with distributors in the media and entertainment industry. Liz also served on the board of the Lionsgate Parents and Caregivers Together ERG (PaCT), providing feedback and leading initiatives within Lionsgate to achieve its DEI goals. 
 
Prior to STARZ, Liz was the first ever New York Director for the SAG-AFTRA Foundation, a non-profit that assists SAG-AFTRA members with career education, emergency assistance, and specialized training. There she managed a team producing over 500 seminars, panel discussions and educational courses annually. Liz also negotiated several cross-promotional and venue partnerships with key guild and arts organizations including 92nd Street Y, AMPAS, BAFTA, Backstage Magazine, NY Television Festival, the PGA, SVA Theatre and the WGA. 

Prior to the SAG-AFTRA Foundation, Liz served as Marketing & Communications associate for the NYC Mayor’s Office of Media & Entertainment under Commissioner Katherine Oliver and Mayor Bloomberg, where she managed the $4M+ annual incentive: The “Made in NY” Marketing credit, helping to entice productions to shoot 75% or more of their principal photography within the five boroughs. 

Liz got her start in the entertainment industry as Marketing Coordinator for Tribeca Film, the distribution arm of the Tribeca Film Festival. She managed the marketing strategy and release windows for over 20 feature films per year, from acquisition, theatrical, day-and-date VOD to home video. 

Liz currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for The WICT Network: New York chapter and is a member of New York Women in Film & Television (NYWIFT), Women in Film (WIF) and BAFTA. She is an alumnus of The WICT Network’s 2022 Rising Leaders Program and The WICT Network: New York’s 2019 Prime Access Program. 
 
Liz graduated from NYU with a B.A. in English Literature and a MSc. in European Identities from the London School of Economics. Originally from Buffalo, NY Liz has lived in Toronto, Prague, and London, but considers New York City home where she lives with her husband and daughter.

Rachel Gorini is a seasoned leader in the telecommunications and cable industry, currently serving as President of the WICT Northern California Chapter. With a robust background in project management and organizational leadership, she brings over a decade of experience in driving strategic initiatives and fostering inclusive, high-performing professional communities.

In her leadership role at WICT NorCal, Rachel is a passionate advocate for the development of leadership skills and career advancement opportunities for both women and men across the industry. Now celebrating her eighth year as a WICT member, she remains deeply committed to creating a welcoming and empowering space for future generations of industry professionals.

Professionally, Rachel serves as a West Division Project Manager in the construction sector of Comcast. She leads complex, cross-functional projects from process development and escalation management through to successful execution. Her ability to navigate challenges, streamline operations, and deliver results has earned her a reputation as a reliable and forward-thinking leader.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Crystal continues to be curious and challenged with the evolution of media. Crystal started as a Sales Assistant for the NBC broadcast station in Seattle and made the switch to Comcast after recognizing the growth opportunity in the cable industry.  After a decade in media sales for various lines of business within Comcast Advertising, Crystal was promoted to her current role as Sales Manager.  She leads a diverse team of Account Executives who work with local businesses and marketing agencies to build data-driven, multiscreen video advertising campaigns.  In addition to supporting her team to drive results, she volunteers for pilot programs to help improve internal systems while being an advocate for her teammates’ continued development.  

Crystal originally joined the board for The WICT Network Pacific Northwest Chapter in 2018 as Secretary and moved to Vice President for 1 year prior to her current role as President.  In 2021, Crystal contributed to the success of the Pacific Northwest Chapter resulting in three awards: Chapter of the Year, Most Improved, and Inspire & Others Will Follow.  In 2022, she was part of the WICT Rising Leaders graduating class, originally nominated by Comcast to apply for this competitive training program.  

Crystal is a Pacific Northwest native who loves to travel, cheer on the Seahawks, and lives in the Seattle area with her partner Nathaniel. 

Missy Wood specializes in operational transformation with a people-first mantra, focusing on strategic leadership, program/portfolio management, business process optimization, and organizational development. Missy has a proven reputation for gaining alignment, ensuring outcomes match desired goals, leveraging expertise in change management and innovation to deliver bottom-line success. 

Lynnette Smith is a seasoned media executive and nonprofit leader with more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry. At The Weather Channel, she served as Manager of Advertising Operations, where she led the development of innovative advertising solutions that enhanced viewer relevance and drove performance for brand partners.

A passionate advocate for leadership and inclusion, Lynnette has held senior leadership roles in two national industry organizations. With NAMIC Atlanta, she was a longtime volunteer and Chapter President, leading the chapter to multiple Chapter of the Year honors and earning the prestigious Mae Douglas Leadership Award in 2014. She continues to support the organization as Chapter Advisor.

Within The WICT Network Southeast, Lynnette made history as the chapter’s first Director at Large for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and currently serves as President. In this role, she leads initiatives focused on leadership development, mentorship, and emerging technology. Her commitment to advocacy and allyship was recognized with the inaugural Be Fearless Award for Allyship in 2022.

Lynnette is a lifetime member of Southern University Alumni Federation in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., reflecting her enduring dedication to service, leadership, and community impact. In her spare time

Outside of work, Lynnette enjoys attending outdoor concerts, dining with friends, working jigsaw puzzles, and listening to jazz.

Crystal Hill is a people leader within Cox Communications, who joined the company in 2009. In her role as Capacity Management Supervisor, Crystal leads a team of Route Support Specialists responsible for monitoring same day capacity, tech route management, and balancing field partnerships.     

In 2025, Crystal started her current term as President. Within the WICT organization Crystal has often volunteered at events. Crystal joined the Southwest WICT Chapter Board in 2019 as a CO-Marketing/Communications chair and shortly after became the Marketing/Communications/Social-Media Director through 2022. For her 2023-2024 term Crystal held the VP role alongside immediate past President, Dawn Imbriale.  

In addition to her involvement with The WICT Network, Crystal’s a member of Cox’s Women’s, Soul and Pride Employee Resource Groups. Crystal served on the Cox Communicators Toastmaster’s Chapter from Sept 2020-March 2023, and helped implement the club’s member mentoring program. Which not only consists of delegating development focused tasks centric to helping mentees progress in Pathway Courses but aids them in Toastmaster/leadership growth. Crystal also provided support to the AZ Toastmasters Division Area 3 in multiple roles.  

As a proud married mother of two young adult daughters, Crystal now takes joy in being a grandparent. While also maintaining her hobby as a published poet, fiction, and journal Author. With an active membership in the Romance Writers of America (RWA). When Crystal is not spending time with her family and friends, you can often find her writing, reading, gaming, painting, or enjoying a great movie.  

Managing Director of Corporate Strategy at Liberty Global. Leads work across connectivity, video, AI, and future trends, including M&A support and corporate development. Previously Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group in TMT and Digital Advertising. Alumna of Claremont McKenna College and Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. 

As Director of Sales Operations, Jenn Gilman develops the overall retail operations strategy and is accountable for the delivery of the comprehensive strategic roadmap for tools that enable the customer and employee experience in Cox Communication’s retail stores. Her team oversees policy, process, and implementation of a full suite of retail tools including the point of sale system, payment kiosks, queuing, digital media, and other systems in both Cox owned and exclusive dealer locations. She has been with the company for 15 years.  

Jenn has served on The WICT Network: Virginia board since 2017 in several different capacities including Membership Co-Chair, Treasurer and now President.  

Jenn has a passion for health and wellness and in 2020 became a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and has been working with clients to meet their health and wellness goals.  

Natalie is a senior Business Development Representative at Comcast in the Beltway Region, responsible for building cases for network expansion and networking with government and economic development officials and residential and commercial property owners, developers and managers. She has a wealth of professional expertise in the telecommunications, real estate, and technology industries, having served various roles in her Comcast career and previously as CEO of web-based technology company BlueRaster and Vice President of startup SameDayDr.. Natalie consistently demonstrates a passion fostering progressive economic development in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) for long-term community resilience and growth. She is looking forward to expanding the success of the Women in Cable Telecommunications Board (Washington DC/Baltimore Chapter). She volunteers in local community food banks, enjoys travel with her family, hosts foreign exchange students and interns, and always keeps up with her neighborhood listserv.
