I’m currently the Vice President of Program Delivery at Comcast Advertising, where I lead strategic initiatives and business operations across Media. My role centers on translating complex business priorities into actionable plans that drive innovation, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes to deliver on advertising ambitions.
My career spans over two decades across financial services, technology, and now advertising. I began at DLL, a global financial services firm, where I held leadership roles in technology, operations, and client strategy and worked on client accounts like Apple, IBM, Cisco and Microsoft. I later joined Microsoft, where I led global operations for Microsoft Financing, supporting the growth of Azure Cloud through innovative financing models. These experiences shaped my ability to lead large-scale transformations and build high-performing, cross-functional teams.
In 2023, I transitioned into the media and advertising space, a bold pivot that has been both humbling and energizing. I leaned into servant leadership, building trust with expert teams and learning the industry with curiosity and humility. I’m passionate about fostering psychological safety, creating clarity through ambiguity, and empowering others to lead.
Beyond work, I’ve launched global leadership programs for women and serve as a mentor and advisor to early-career professionals and ERGs. I hold an MBA from Penn State, a B.S. from Drexel, and executive education from MIT. I’m a proud wife and mother of two, and I find joy in traveling, reading leadership books, and exploring new cultures.
