PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Leadership is evolving—and so are we.

Created by The WICT Network in collaboration with Paragon Performance Evolution, the Betsy Magness Graduate Institute (BMGI) is designed exclusively for alumni of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.

Each year, BMGI is reimagined to build on the foundational BMLI experience, offering timely, practical tools to help participants lead with greater clarity, confidence and impact.

The 2025 BMGI program will feature a dynamic mix of virtual sessions and an immersive in-person experience, all centered around the evolving demands of leadership today. You’ll gain fresh insights from expert faculty, reconnect with your BMLI peers, and explore new strategies to lead through complexity with purpose and presence.

Together, we’ll continue the legacy of BMLI—learning, growing and shaping the future of our industry.

Each session stands on its own and includes peer discussion, interactive elements and tools you can use right away. You do not need to attend Session 1 to benefit from Session 2, though they are designed to build on one another and toward the in-person program.

Cancellations
Written cancellation notices received on or before October 8, 2025 will receive a refund less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after October 8, 2025 are not eligible for a refund but a substitution can be permitted through November 14, 2025, with a $100 administrative fee.
