Taylor Harris is a Senior Product Manager on the Entertainment Devices team within Comcast’s Technology and Product organization. She started at Comcast in 2020 as an associate in the CORE technology program after graduating from Yale with a BS in computer science. After the CORE program, she launched into her current role as a product manager in 2022 where she has worked on projects ranging from Wi-Fi motion sensing to sensor fusion – ultimately dedicating herself to delivering more personalized experiences to users via motion sensing. In addition to being an active member in several of Comcast’s employee resource groups, she has a passion for innovation, learning new things, problem solving, and collaborating with others. In her free time, when she’s not playing cozy video games or baking recipes involving excessive amounts of chocolate, she likes to explore the outdoors with her dog and try new art projects – ask her about the glass blowing workshop she recently completed!

Angela Acevedo-Neal is the Manager, Organizational Effectiveness & Readiness at Optimum, where she is currently leading the talent management cycle including succession planning, talent assessments, performance management, goal setting, and leadership development processes.  Prior to joining Optimum in October of 2023, she has experience in the utilities, healthcare, and education industries, primarily in the Talent Development and HR Business Partner spaces. Her main focus has been on creating diverse learning opportunities, supporting a variety of business units through change and transformation, and promoting development at all levels. 

Angela has an MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University where she was also the VP of IOPSA and a BA in Psychology from CUNY Queens College where she served as the captain of her division II fencing and lacrosse teams.  She now enjoys coaching fencing at a local high school in Westchester, NY. 

Angela’s passion for developing and preparing leaders for their future while promoting a consciously diverse and inclusive culture of belonging guides her in her work and personal life. 

Originally from Los Angeles, Susana Mata Shasky now resides in Minneapolis, MN, where she graduated with a degree in Fine Art. She began her career in finance before transitioning to technology-driven system operations. Over the past two decades, Susana has excelled as a Technology Business Analyst, specializing in automating complex processes to improve business efficiency. 

Currently, she serves as a Senior Business Analyst in Platform Distribution Operations at The Walt Disney Company. In this role, she manages the setup and execution of transactional avails and airline deals, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless post-theatrical product launches. Her contributions have driven system enhancements and delivered scalable solutions aligned with strategic objectives. 

Beyond her professional work, Susana is dedicated to empowering women and fostering creativity. As Program Director for The WICT Network: Midwest Chapter, she leads initiatives that promote meaningful connections and professional growth. She also serves on the board of the Minnesota Artist Guild, advocating for local artists and creative expression. 

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Susana’s artwork has been featured in local galleries, and she has successfully raised funds for community arts, Minneapolis fashion week and performing arts, reflecting her commitment to cultural enrichment and impactful initiatives. 

Caroline Kane is a Sales Specialist in the Content Distribution Group at NBCUniversal, where she is a part of the team responsible for securing carriage deals for NBCUniversal’s networks and Peacock. Caroline earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Spanish from Fordham University. During her time at Fordham, she also served as President of Lambda Pi Eta, the Communications Studies honor society. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys reading, watching reality television, and spending time with her dog. 

Jhann Burke, Senior Manager, Product Management, for the Product and Technology team at Charter Communications, leads a team of product managers focused on Speed Test Platforms and Connectivity Reliability for Spectrum Internet. She oversees the integration and launches of speed test platforms and server upgrades to support multi-gig tier services in high–split markets to help meet Charter’s Customer Commitment. Known for her adept relationship-building skills, Jhann is also an ambassador for recruiting intern talent for Charter and actively volunteers for causes she believes in. 

Jhann has more than a decade of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to Charter, Jhann worked at Comcast as Manager of Engineering Planning and Design, where she led a large team of talented Geographic Information System (GIS) developers, engineers, analysts and supervisors who made a significant impact to the company’s market expansions. She also served as Chair Lead for the company’s employee resource group, “Asian Pacific Americans at Comcast.”  

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Systems Plus Computer College – Philippines and currently serves as the director of sponsorship and registration for The WICT Network Rocky Mountain Chapter as well as director of membership for Media+Tech Collective. 

Jhann was recognized as one of the first cohorts of GIS Heroes in 2020 by ESRI and received numerous accolades at Comcast including Game Changer Warrior, CB Icon and Hall of Fame Awards. In addition, she earned recognition as Shining Star, Volunteer of the Year at The WICT Network Northern California Chapter Ruby Gala in 2019 and 2024 Volunteer of the Year for her efforts in supporting The WICT Network Rocky Mountain Chapter. 

Jhann enjoys cooking, event planning, spending quality time with her two children, Lizzy (18), Steve (12), family and friends in embracing new adventures.
