The Adaptive & Authentic Leader

THE ADAPTIVE & AUTHENTIC LEADER OVERVIEW

Part of the Executive Development Series

The Adaptive & Authentic Leader prepares high-performing professionals to lead with clarity, resilience and integrity in a rapidly evolving media, entertainment and technology landscape. This EDS program blends strategic leadership training with personal discovery to develop leaders who are not only effective, but also self-aware and grounded.

In an environment where stakes are high and demands are complex, technical skills and leadership frameworks matter—but they aren’t enough on their own. This experience strengthens the inner and outer capacities leaders need to stay steady amid volatility and ambiguity, and to guide individuals, teams and systems with greater agility and confidence.

What You’ll Practice

  • Drive clarity and decisive action: Act as an anchor for your team, making timely, well-considered decisions and maintaining focus even when circumstances are shifting.
  • Use the full spectrum of power and influence: Confidently draw on both positional authority and relational influence to mobilize others, build accountability and deliver results.
  • Secure critical buy-in: Navigate high-stakes dynamics and competing priorities with strategic influence that earns trust and aligns stakeholders.

Participant Outcomes

  • Mastery of modern power dynamics: A sharper understanding of how power operates in today’s organizations and how to deploy it decisively to drive decisions, secure buy-in and mobilize teams.
  • Deeper authenticity in how you lead: Clarity on your core strengths and values, translated into a leadership style that feels natural to you and fosters trust, loyalty and respect.
  • Grounded confidence: A healthier balance of confidence and humility, plus a clear, actionable vision and concrete strategies to align your leadership with the goals that matter most to you and your organization.
