The WICT Network Welcomes the November 2025 Rising Leaders Cohort
Emerging Talent Chosen to Join The WICT Network’s Premier Leadership Development Program
Washington, DC – The WICT Network proudly announces the participants of its November 2025 Rising Leaders Program (RLP) cohort. Designed for professionals at the manager and director level, the program identifies and develops high-potential leaders across the media, entertainment and technology sectors.
Participants were selected through a highly competitive process, with applications reviewed by industry executives and Rising Leaders alumni.
The WICT Network’s Rising Leaders Program (RLP) is a premier professional development program for emerging leaders in media, entertainment and technology. Participants learn how to build and develop high-performing teams; expand their organizational impact; forge alliances; assess diverse leadership styles, and more. During the intensive immersion program, each rising leader will take part in leadership analysis and case study work while expanding their professional networks.
