Stacey Mitch is the Senior Director of Sports and News Communications for Charter Communications. In her role, she leads strategic communications for Spectrum Networks, a series of over 30 news and sports networks owned and operated by Charter.
Her career in the cable industry began when she joined Charter in 2016 after 19 years in the professional sports and entertainment industry. Prior to Charter, Stacey served as Senior Director of Communications and Community Relations for the Los Angeles Sparks following four years as Director of Business Communications for Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) in San Antonio, Texas. At SS&E, she oversaw strategic communications for the San Antonio Spurs, San Antonio Silver Stars and San Antonio Rampage, as well as the AT&T Center. Stacey also spent seven years as Director of Media Relations and Communications for the Memphis Grizzlies and FedEx Forum. She began her public relations career with the St. Louis Blues and Kiel Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
Stacey earned a B. A. in communications from Missouri State University and a Master’s in Sports Administration from Ohio University. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and young daughter. Stacey enjoys traveling, running, pilates, and entertaining friends and family.
