Jaime Welch is passionate about creating connections and focuses on building a culture of collaboration. As Director of Advanced Strategy & Process Activation, Jaime brings strategies and initiatives for the digital portfolio to scale by developing processes that provide a foundation for future innovations and advancements. She brings a disciplined approach to streamlining the execution of new capabilities and initiatives with end user work load and job satisfaction in mind. Jaime brings consistency to process regardless of initiative or activity and defines best practice to gather learnings and feedback to use as guidance moving forward. 
 
For nearly a decade in the cable and telecommunication industry, Jaime remained closely connected to the convergence of digital and TV advertising and is driven to lead organization transformation. 
 
As a leader in the digital media landscape, Jaime earned her IAB Digital Media Sales Certification (DMSC). The IAB certification is the industry’s highest credential for digital media sales professionals. She volunteers with The WICT Network: Carolinas and serves as Director at Large for Mentoring for the Carolinas Chapter Board of Directors.

Sadie Molinet is an Account Director for State and Local Government and Education for Summit Broadband. Sadie is a strategic, collaborative, solutions-focused leader known for her ability to cultivate relationships. Sadie is focused on driving revenue for the business while delivering an exceptional client experience. 
 
With a passion for developing women leaders and a high-vibe growth mindset, she also serves our industry as President for The WICT Network: Florida Chapter. Serving over 380 members and providing the entire state with programming and professional development opportunities, Sadie strives to create engaging and inspirational events and programming delivering key takeaways that members can implement in their professional and personal lives. 
 
Sadie is a proud graduate of Florida State University (FSU) and received her Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina. Representing the West Central Region, Sadie is a member of Leadership Florida Connect Class 14. Sadie is the President of the SCTE Central Florida Board, Secretary for the NAMIC Florida Board, and is Vice President of the FSU Young Alumni Council. She is a graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay Class of 2020 and the ATHENA NextGen program. Sadie is a member of the Junior League of Greater Lakeland. Sadie feels strongly about raising awareness and funding for the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society. Residing in Tampa, Florida, Sadie is an enthusiastic FSU ‘Nole, enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, reading, eating/trying new restaurants, and traveling.

Darralyn Griffin is a Finance Supervisor at Comcast Cable. With over 25 years of experience in team management and operations, Darralyn leads a diverse group of professionals to achieve company goals. Darralyn has successfully implemented a workplace program that improved team productivity by 30%. Darralyn enjoys mentoring young professionals in her free time and advocates for workplace diversity.

Shanta Averhart is a dedicated professional who holds the esteemed position of Senior Manager for Sourcing and Governance at Comcast, where her responsibilities often take her across international borders. With an impressive career spanning over 13 years in the cable industry, Shanta brings a wealth of expertise to her role. 
 
Having previously managed call centers and served as a New Hire Manager and engagement liaison, Shanta’s leadership journey began by prioritizing the needs of others. Fueled by a passion for making a positive difference, she became determined to lead by example and inspire those around her. Shanta received the Hall of Fame Manager of the Quarter in 2012 and the XGIE Star Award for 2024. 
 
Since her early years, Shanta has possessed a creative spark that has shaped her path. She views the world as a blank canvas ready for transformation, and this perspective has become a driving force in her endeavors. With more than three decades of experience in event planning, she has consistently demonstrated that innovation and creativity are the pillars of her success. 
 
Throughout her extensive career, Shanta has actively contributed to the WICT Network, dedicating 12 years of service and taking a pivotal role in the chapters Signature Events. Her ability to bring people together, organize seamless and unforgettable events, and manage every detail with precision is truly unparalleled. By crafting these remarkable experiences, she has fostered networking opportunities, collaboration, and community building, leaving a lasting impact on all involved. 
 
In addition to her involvement with the WICT Network, Shanta is an active member of the Comcast Women’s Network. She lends her time and expertise to special projects through My Impact and United Way. She currently serves as a mentor for the XGIE Mentorship Program. She continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of aspiring leaders. Shanta also supports the Bloom Project, a nonprofit organization that offers group mentoring, college preparation, service learning, character development, and career exploration opportunities. 
 
Today, Shanta remains at the forefront of leadership, guided by her unwavering belief in limitless potential. Her creative spirit, combined with meticulous planning and execution skills, has cultivated an enduring legacy. She is a living testament to the immense possibilities that arise when a leader harnesses the power of creativity, creating moments that are not only memorable but also magical. 
 
Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Shanta earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University. Currently residing in Riverview, Florida, with her husband Jesse and their beloved fur son Max, Shanta takes pleasure in sharing her unique brand of hospitality, ensuring that every gathering with family and friends becomes a cherished memory. 
 
A quote by Maya Angelou resonates deeply with Shanta, illustrating her personal motto in life: “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” With this profound guiding principle, Shanta continues to touch countless lives and create lasting emotional connections in all her endeavors. 

Michele Corsini is the Executive Director of Data Experience (Dx) at Comcast, where she leads the Product & Strategy team under the Chief Data Officer, Andrew Clyne. In this role, Michele works closely with business and technology teams to align business priorities with integrated roadmaps, ensuring the successful delivery of key initiatives across product verticals such as Privacy/Data Governance, Data Foundry Platform, Data Products, and Customer Experience. 
 
With over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, Michele has a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale programs that enhance customer experience, drive revenue growth, and optimize operational efficiency. She has been instrumental in leading initiatives that streamline business processes and align technology with business objectives. 
 
Michele has been a WICT Greater Philadelphia Chapter Board member since 2018, and Betsy Magness Leadership Institute graduate, class 43. When not immersed in “data,” Michele enjoys home redesign projects and spending time with her husband, four children and a dog; they like to travel and are involved in sports.

Danielle Iorio is the Senior Director of Construction for the Comcast Northeast Division. In her current role she is responsible for BAU New Growth Construction with a focus on project execution efficiencies, software optimization and cross-functional coordination. She previously held positions in operations including Director of Engineering Operations and Senior Manager of XNET Construction for the Northeast Division and Manager of Technical Support/Construction for Comcast Keystone Region. Prior to her roles in operations, Danielle worked in finance and accounting for 11 years including 3 years as Manager of Finance and Accounting at Comcast supporting Technical Operations. Some key contributions that she has brought to each role include her focus on best-in-class operations, process improvement and employee engagement. Prior positions for The WICT Network have included Vice President and Programming Committee for the Greater Pittsburgh Chapter and Chair of the Around the Globe multi-chapter initiative. She also currently serves on the board of the SCTE: Penn-Ohio Chapter. Other stretch assignments taken on since joining Comcast include Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Council Membership and Technical Operation & Engineering Leadership Learning Champion for Northeast Division, Professional Development Lead for Keystone’s Women’s Network employee resource group (ERG), FLEET program Mentor, Keystone’s ERG Mentoring Program development committee member, Comcast Cares Day Champion, and United Way Champion. She actively advocates for racial and gender equality and focused on directing that passion into efforts within the organization. 
 
Outside of work, she loves to garden, hike, travel, attend live performances and spend time with her children. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  

Mandy Schultz serves as the Sr. Manager of Onboarding Center of Excellence for Comcast in Houston. Comcast is a global media and technology company with two primary businesses, Comcast Cable and NBCUniversal. In her role, she is responsible for building a Great Place to Work culture and ensuring all employees “Do the Right Thing.” 
 
Before joining Comcast, Mandy served as the Operations Manager for a woman-owned recruiting firm in Texas. 
 
In 2012, she was presented with the Comcast Houston Leadership Award and in 2016 was selected to participate in the company’s esteemed Fundamentals of Leadership program. 
 
Mandy is an active member of Society of Human Resource Management and Women in Cable Telecommunications. In her board role as the Chair of Programming, Mandy brings her enthusiasm and delivery of exceptional engagement to the WICT slate of events. She demonstrates the WICT Touchstone of being a CATALYST, and she brings initiative, quality and innovation to the programming opportunities in WICT Greater Texas Chapter. 
 
A native of Texas, Mandy earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University. 

A Senior Manager of Engineering in Charter Communication’s Software Development and Information Technology organization, Kate Moore has eight years of tenure where she has successfully grown her leadership and management skills. Today, Kate leads a team whose mission is to build a data lake that transforms raw data into actionable business decisions that drive organizational direction and efficiencies. With more than 23 years of corporate experience which includes time at Verizon Wireless and Scottrade, she has accepted roles which challenged and expanded her knowledge in leadership, process governance, tool administration, customer service, and project management. Kate is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University where she majored in Education and graduated Magna cum Laude. 
 
Kate’s journey with WICT started in 2017 where she looked to expand her professional network and learn more about the telecommunications industry. As with her professional career, her growth at WICT over the last seven years has grown steadily. Shortly after graduating from WICT Midwest’s Premier Management Development Series, she was asked to facilitate one of Charter’s Women in IT groups and for the next two years led the St. Louis chapter. In this position, Kate’s responsibilities included hosting quarterly on-site events to support women on leadership paths through knowledge-sharing seminars, VP roundtables, and networking events. In the fall of 2022, Kate was elected as WICT Midwest Chapter’s Director of Board Operations for 2023–2024. In 2024, she was nominated for both the Spirit of Midwest and Women in Technology awards through the WICT Midwest Chapter, ultimately being honored with the Women in Technology award. As the newly elected Chapter President, Kate will continue her efforts to help advance women’s careers in the telecommunications and technology industries through her knowledge and career experiences by mentoring, networking, and encouraging both personal and professional development. 
 
Her proudest accomplishment is her role as a mother. Kate lives in the St. Louis area with her husband and children and when she is not working, Kate can be found planning her next Disney trip, shopping for Halloween Décor, or snuggling with her two dachshunds – Moose and Yadi.

Liz Spaulding is Vice President, Global Business Development at BritBox, where she oversees all distribution and commercial partnerships (including traditional, OTT & DTC) for BritBox worldwide. In her first year at BritBox, she negotiated three new distribution contracts and aided in the launch of five platforms in North America, resulting in an expanded footprint of over 70M households now able to subscribe and watch BritBox. 
 
Prior to BritBox, Liz was Director of Distribution at STARZ (A Lionsgate Company) where she was responsible for multi-platform content distribution and strategic partnerships with distributors in the media and entertainment industry. Liz also served on the board of the Lionsgate Parents and Caregivers Together ERG (PaCT), providing feedback and leading initiatives within Lionsgate to achieve its DEI goals. 
 
Prior to STARZ, Liz was the first ever New York Director for the SAG-AFTRA Foundation, a non-profit that assists SAG-AFTRA members with career education, emergency assistance, and specialized training. There she managed a team producing over 500 seminars, panel discussions and educational courses annually. Liz also negotiated several cross-promotional and venue partnerships with key guild and arts organizations including 92nd Street Y, AMPAS, BAFTA, Backstage Magazine, NY Television Festival, the PGA, SVA Theatre and the WGA. 

Prior to the SAG-AFTRA Foundation, Liz served as Marketing & Communications associate for the NYC Mayor’s Office of Media & Entertainment under Commissioner Katherine Oliver and Mayor Bloomberg, where she managed the $4M+ annual incentive: The “Made in NY” Marketing credit, helping to entice productions to shoot 75% or more of their principal photography within the five boroughs. 

Liz got her start in the entertainment industry as Marketing Coordinator for Tribeca Film, the distribution arm of the Tribeca Film Festival. She managed the marketing strategy and release windows for over 20 feature films per year, from acquisition, theatrical, day-and-date VOD to home video. 

Liz currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for The WICT Network: New York chapter and is a member of New York Women in Film & Television (NYWIFT), Women in Film (WIF) and BAFTA. She is an alumnus of The WICT Network’s 2022 Rising Leaders Program and The WICT Network: New York’s 2019 Prime Access Program. 
 
Liz graduated from NYU with a B.A. in English Literature and a MSc. in European Identities from the London School of Economics. Originally from Buffalo, NY Liz has lived in Toronto, Prague, and London, but considers New York City home where she lives with her husband and daughter.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Crystal continues to be curious and challenged with the evolution of media. Crystal started as a Sales Assistant for the NBC broadcast station in Seattle and made the switch to Comcast after recognizing the growth opportunity in the cable industry. After a decade in media sales for various lines of business within Comcast Spotlight, Crystal was promoted to her current role as Sales Manager for Effectv Comcast Advertising (formerly Comcast Spotlight). She leads a diverse team of Account Executives who work with local businesses and marketing agencies to build data-driven, multiscreen video advertising campaigns. In addition to supporting her team to drive results, she volunteers for pilot programs to help improve internal systems while being an advocate for her teammates’ continued development. 
Crystal originally joined the board for The WICT Network Pacific Northwest Chapter in 2018 as Secretary and moved to Vice President for 1 year prior to her current role as President. In 2021, Crystal contributed to the success of the Pacific Northwest Chapter resulting in three awards: Chapter of the Year, Most Improved, and Inspire & Others Will Follow. In 2022, she was part of the WICT Rising Leaders graduating class, originally nominated by Comcast to apply for this competitive training program. 
Crystal is a Pacific Northwest native who loves to travel, cheer on the Seahawks, and lives in the Seattle area with her partner Nathaniel. 

Missy Wood specializes in operational transformation with a people-first mantra, focusing on strategic leadership, program/portfolio management, business process optimization, and organizational development. Missy has a proven reputation for gaining alignment, ensuring outcomes match desired goals, leveraging expertise in change management and innovation to deliver bottom-line success. 

As Director of Outside Plant Construction Residential Delivery for the East Region for Cox Communications, Cindy leads residential construction delivery for nine Cox Communications’ markets. Cindy’s technology career started more than 30 years ago as an administrative assistant, shifting to project management then progressing to various leadership roles. She joined Cox Communications in 2008, with a focus on software development delivery. 

A native of Virginia, Cindy is a graduate of Virginia Tech. Early in her career, she served as Development Director for the Appalachian Girl Scout Council in Johnson City, TN and Public Relations Director for King University in Bristol, VA. 
Relocating to Atlanta in 1990, Cindy joined GE Computer Service as an administrative assistant, quickly moving to Technical Project Manager. Prior to joining Cox Communications, she also worked at Alltel/Fidelity Information Services as a Senior Technology Program Manager. 

Cindy has 30+ years’ experience managing development, deployment, and operations for projects and applications designed to support frontline personnel in data gathering, problem identification, and restoration activities for network and customer premise equipment issues. In her current role, she is responsible for driving delivery of residential construction for Cox Communications’ nine East Region markets. 

She takes pride in having a reputation as a leader who consistently delivers on commitments while building collaborative relationships across all boundary partners. Cindy has served as Treasurer and Senior Programming Director for The WICT Network Southeast and is passionate about mentoring others to support professional and personal development. 

Cindy lives in Lawrenceville, GA with her husband and miniature Golden Doodle, Piper. She is “Mom” to three adult children and “Lolli” to her granddaughter, Luna. 

Lindsay Nesmith is a songwriter, vocalist and voice over artist. She owns and operates a reputable music company, J.E.L. Music Group inc. with her husband, Jason. J.E.L. Music Group has been providing original musical content, theme packages, sonic branding and custom libraries for networks and cable broadcasting companies, streaming platforms, and tech companies like Microsoft. A few of their longest running tv franchises are Extra, TMZ and CNN New day. A native to southern California, Lindsay has been in singing and performing in entertainment for many decades in many animated, scripted and unscripted television shows that run daily. 

Crystal Hill is a people leader within Cox Communications, who joined the company in 2009. In her role as Capacity Management Supervisor, Crystal leads a team of Route Support Specialists responsible for monitoring same day capacity, tech route management, and balancing field partnerships. 
 
In 2025, Crystal started her current term as President. Within the WICT organization Crystal has often volunteered at events. Crystal joined the Southwest WICT Chapter Board in 2019 as a CO-Marketing/Communications chair and shortly after became the Marketing/Communications/Social-Media Director through 2022. For her 2023-2024 term Crystal held the VP role alongside immediate past President, Dawn Imbriale. 
 
In addition to her involvement with The WICT Network, Crystal’s a member of Cox’s Women’s, Soul and Pride Employee Resource Groups. Crystal served on the Cox Communicators Toastmaster’s Chapter from Sept 2020-March 2023, and helped implement the club’s member mentoring program. Which not only consists of delegating development focused tasks centric to helping mentees progress in Pathway Courses but aids them in Toastmaster/leadership growth. Crystal also provided support to the AZ Toastmasters Division Area 3 in multiple roles. 
 
As a proud married mother of two young adult daughters, Crystal now takes joy in being a grandparent. While also maintaining her hobby as a published poet, fiction, and journal Author. With an active membership in the Romance Writers of America (RWA). When Crystal is not spending time with her family and friends, you can often find her writing, reading, gaming, painting, or enjoying a great movie. 

Madalina Suceveanu joined Liberty Global in April 2022, as Managing Director- Mobile and Cloud. 
 
She is also a Director on Wyre Board of Directors. 
 
Prior to this she has held several senior leadership positions at Vodafone Group PLC, including CTO of the European Cluster, Turkey and Egypt and CTO of Vodafone Ireland. She was responsible for supervising the implementation of technology strategies and investments, facilitating innovation and talent management in seven Vodafone markets in Europe, as well as Egypt and Turkey.. She has also served as Chief Networks Officer at Vodafone in Germany since October 2021. 
 
Prior to her career at Vodafone, Ms. Suceveanu took on various responsibilities at Orange Romania S.A. between 1997 and 2013, with her most recent position being Chief Technology Officer, which she held for three years. 
 
Ms. Suceveanu was also a member of the board of directors of the Vodafone Ireland Foundation, Orange Foundation, Netshare Ireland and SIRO, a joint venture between Vodafone Ireland and the nation’s state-owned electrical utility, ESB. 
 
In 2017 Ms. Suceveanu was recognized by Silicon Republic 2017 as one of the top 25 female leaders in technology in the world.

As Director of Sales Operations, Jenn Gilman is accountable for the delivery of the comprehensive strategic roadmap for tools that enable the customer and employee experience in Cox Communication’s retail stores. Her team oversees a full suite of retail tools including the point of sale system, payment kiosks, queuing, digital media, and other systems in both Cox owned and exclusive dealer locations. She has been with the company for 14 years. 

Jenn has served on The WICT Network: Virginia board since 2017 in several different capacities including Membership Co-Chair, Treasurer and now President. She also created and ran an informal women’s leadership group where women could come together and discuss relevant career issues and seek advise from others for several years. 

Jenn holds two Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degrees with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt. Jenn has a passion for health and wellness and in 2020 became a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and has been working with clients to meet their health and wellness goals. 

Laura Berrocal is the Vice President of Policy and External Affairs at Charter Communications (Spectrum) where she directs the development and execution of public policy and communications strategy planning for the company’s External Affairs segment. In this role, Berrocal enables the company to work collaboratively with industry stakeholders and leading national organizations to drive legislative and regulatory solutions that benefit the communities Charter serves, its customers, and the company’s business development goals. 
 
Prior to joining Charter, Berrocal served as Director of External Affairs at CTIA, the leading trade association representing the U.S. wireless communications industry. In this role, Berrocal developed and implemented policy communications initiatives and brand campaigns to educate communities, including state and local policymakers, on CTIA’s work across the wireless and technology sector. Berrocal also served as Vice President of Public Policy and Legislative Affairs for Net Communications, where she managed legislative, business development, and communications strategies for corporate and industry trade association clients spanning the telecommunications, media and entertainment, and energy sectors. Berrocal has also worked with several national and international organizations providing public policy counsel in the areas of technology, energy, and health. 
 
Berrocal holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from The George Washington University and a B.A. in Political Science and Professional Studies in Spanish from Temple University. She sits on the Board of Directors of the National Foundation for Women Legislators and The Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Network: Washington DC/Baltimore, where she currently serves as Board President. She is also an appointed member of the Women in Leadership Executive Program Advisory Council with The George Washington University School of Business.
