Courtney Goldstein currently serves as Vice President of Digital Marketing and Media at Comcast. In this role, she oversees digital media strategy across Search (SEM & SEO), social and Display Retargeting channels. Additionally, she is responsible for developing targeted and personalized customer journeys from off-site media to eCommerce to the XFINITY.com self-service experience.
Further, Courtney leads the Digital Symphony effort to develop coordinated marketing, data integration and media synergies across the Comcast NBCU’s eCommerce and digital assets, including Universal Studios, Fandango, Universal Theme Parks, Comcast Cable and new assets such as Buzzfeed & Vox.
Prior to Comcast, Courtney worked at American Express for over 10 years, holding various marketing roles. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Consumer Card Acquisition and Early Tenure Marketing Strategy, focusing on delivering optimal customer interactions across all online and offline marketing channels. Specifically, in this role, she developed the communications plan, offer strategy, and messaging hierarchy that drove key segments to engage and renew. Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree from Wharton and an MBA from Columbia University.
Courtney is a passionate traveler who resides in the suburbs outside of Philadelphia with her husband, two children and puppy.
