Kate Gross is the Manager of Operations, Creative Services with truTV where she oversees all aspects of both the Promo Operations and On-Air Promotional Strategy for the network. Key responsibilities include establishing new and innovative ways to promote and package truTV’s Linear network in order to grow reach and drive revenue, analyzing competitive network practices, working with Sales to properly execute sponsorships to increase revenue and executing the daily on-air logs. Kate has been with the company for 9 years and has been an integral part in numerous re-brands and network transitions.
Kate graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2001 with a BA in Communications and a Minor in Speech Communication with a GPA of 3.5.
Kate’s volunteer work includes assisting the elderly through NY Cares and supporting the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America. She is also a member of Time Warner Women’s Network and helped to found Turner’s employee-driven advisory board on innovation and idea generation, Springboard, at truTV.
