Laila Ali is a Manager of Business Operations at Cox Communications, Inc. Within her current role, she provides thought leadership and leads a team on business case generation and operational analysis for the Outside Plant and Construction Team. Her focus has been on business optimization to streamline processes and enhance efficiencies which ultimately drive performance. Additionally, Laila works cross-functionally with internal customers to ensure alignment and that objectives are achieved.
Prior to Cox Communications, Laila worked with Cox Enterprises as part of their International Tax department and was paramount to the reporting involved with Tax Reform and the sale of the Incadea business. Laila has also held positions with Koch Industries and Windham Brannon where she managed the Foreign Tax Credit calculation, Tax Return preparation, and Quarterly Provision.
Laila earned her degree in Accounting from Mercer University and currently resides in Atlanta, GA. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
