Lisa DiCocco-Newman serves as Vice President, Learning and Development Care College for Comcast University. In this role, Lisa is responsible for the overall analysis, design, development and evaluation of all customer service programs for approximately 26,000 agents. Lisa and her team work closely with the operations areas to determine the learning and development needs to support the business goals.
Lisa is a seasoned operations and learning and development professional with more than a 25 year history of exceeding aggressive goals while applying cutting edge strategies to business challenges. She has served many roles in various organizations including leading several call centers.
Prior to joining Comcast, Lisa served as SVP, Learning and Leadership Development for Bank of America supporting their consumer banking division. In this role, she led the effort to re-design core skills curriculum for more than 30,000 associates while serving as an executive lead for the company’s Center of Excellence strategy. During Lisa’s tenure at the bank, she received many awards for leadership including the prestigious Leadership Excellence award and the Diversity Leadership award for the consumer division.
Lisa is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) as well as, The American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from West Chester University. She resides in Springfield, PA with her husband and son.
