The WICT Network and the Stanford Graduate School of Business are partners on the Senior Executive Summit (SES), an invitation-only program is designed exclusively for the industry’s top-ranking women who are at peak levels of performance and want to continue to enhance their skills. SES enables participants to gather with their peers for a master class immersion program that combines the power of The WICT Network’s proven leadership development programs with the excellence of Stanford’s top-rated business school.
The annual Betsy Magness Graduate Institute (BMGI) focuses on advanced leadership training exclusively for Betsy Magness Leadership Institute (BMLI) alumnae. BMGI provides an annual venue for alumnae to enhance their professional acumen as they work in an ever-evolving business environment.
Recognized across the industry as the premier leadership development opportunity for senior-level women, the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute (BMLI) continues to be a flagship program for The WICT Network. Since its creation in 1994, more than 1,200 women have graduated from BMLI, a year-long program that begins with a competitive application process, followed by five separate sessions focusing on key senior leadership competencies.
Development Series
This three-part series, which may be taken in any order, helps mid-career women at the director and VP level build critical skills. Leading with Power and Authenticity is for women who want to build personal and professional power, lead authentically, and better leverage their strengths in the workplace. Executive Leadership Presence helps professionals develop their leadership presence to inspire, engage and influence others and maintain productivity while increasing visibility and career mobility. Leading Through Transition is designed to equip you with the roadmap needed to lead in times of change at the personal, team and organization level.
The WICT Network’s Rising Leaders Program is an exceptional leadership training program for up-and-coming industry professionals who have been identified by their companies as high performing contributors. Individuals accepted into the competitive application-based program participate in an intensive week-long immersion program, which includes leadership analysis and case study work.
In 2023, The WICT Network expanded its global footprint in Europe with the Rising Leaders Programme International.

Launched with a goal to create strong women leaders in technology, the Tech It Out Conference brings together experts from inside and outside the cable industry to share their insights on technology and leadership with our target audience of women and people of color. The conference allows dedicated time for leadership training and networking, giving participants the opportunity to connect with and learn from each other.
Through The WICT Network’s virtual learning environment, you will gain an understanding of the industry’s most challenging issues and develop or enhance your professional competencies. You will attend a presentation on a targeted issue, interact live with industry peers and be able to ask questions in real-time from recognized subject matter experts.
