Kelly Baker is a Sr. Manager of Internet Products for Charter Communications. She and her team are responsible for Advanced Internet and Value Added Services for Small Business and Residential customers. As a leader, Kelly engages with cross functional teams at multiple levels in the organization to deliver strategic business solutions and to drive revenue through new business initiatives. She is known for her leadership skills in developing cross-company partnerships, ability to outline clear objectives and deliver high performing results, executive presence, strong communication skills, and collaborative approach.
Kelly has over 25 years of leadership experience, and has held many positions in the industry from account sales, business analyst, project management, and product management. This background has enabled her to continually increase her experience and knowledge which contributes to her overall success and the success of her team.
Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Colorado State University, Early Childhood Education Director Certification, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix She is the Director of WICT Leadership Programs for the Rocky Mountain region and has participated in numerous WICT programs including Tech It Out and Walk of Fame.
Kelly is a native of Colorado where she currently resides today. She is passionate about mentoring and developing young men and women. As a long-time supporter of 4-H, she has been a leader with the Colorado Equilite 4-H Horse program for the past eight years. She enjoys skiing, golfing, horseback riding, spending time with her family and giving back to the community through various volunteer activities in the greater Denver area.
