Jeannette Watt is a Care Applications Manger for Time Warner Cable. She partners with the operational leaders and the technology teams to provide innovative solutions to improve the customer experience. In her role, Jeannette oversees the governance, release management, and configuration processes related to the implementation and adoption of Care desktop tools.
Jeannette started at Time Warner Cable in 2006 as a Customer Service Representative. She spent five years in call center leadership before moving to her current role.
Jeannette has her BA in Sociology from Fairfield University. She has her Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma and a Certificate in Training and Development from University of Southern Maine. Jeannette is a Scrum Alliance Certified Product Owner.
Jeannette lives in Charlotte with her husband and enjoys cooking, gardening, and being outdoors.
