Jenn Rosenau works as an Engagement Manager on the SOX Technology Team within the Assurance and Advisory Team at Comcast Corporation. In this role, Jenn manages the life cycle of SOX technology audits, which assess the design adequacy and operating effectiveness of technology controls. Additionally, she assists in the design, development, and maintenance of a comprehensive technology controls related audit plan and prepares and reviews details of plans for performing individual systems-related audits (including objectives, procedures, budgets, and schedules). She provides valuable insight over the Company’s control environment, to ensure that significant financial and operational risks are sufficiently mitigated.
Prior to joining Comcast, Jenn worked at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) in the Risk Assurance practice for 4 years. During this time, she was involved with the performance of SOX testing including process and controls optimization, financial statement audits, SOX Section 404 readiness and compliance assessments, internal audit assessments, and systems implementation assurance.
In addition to her career achievements, Jenn obtained her Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) certification in 2015.
Jenn has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University (Washington, D.C.) with undergraduate majors in Operations & Information Management and Finance. She currently resides in Philadelphia, PA with her husband and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, spending time at the beach, and fitness.
