Lori Maxwell is the Director for the Technical Operations team in the Midwest Market serving commercial customers in the Northeast and Mid-Ohio territories for Time Warner Cable Business Class. In her current role, Lori is responsible for leading the fiber services and broadband teams that directly manages the implementation, delivery and service of all commercial customers. Lori’s career in the cable industry began in 2008 with Time Warner Cable. She has held several positions in the Commercial Services Operations Support teams.
Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Lori spent 9 years an Area Manager for AT&T. Her work at AT&T mirrors most of all that she encompasses at Time Warner Cable with only a shift in different technologies. Lori has a combined 14 years in a technical operations environment managing project interdependencies and communicating roadmaps to support a highly competitive and challenging work place.
Lori is active in the community at TWC, working on the Diversity Committee. She is also actively involved at a larger scale, being an active member of WICT, serving as Director at Large for the Ohio Chapter. Lori is a member of SCTE.
Lori graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Mount Vernon College. She lives in Highland Heights, OH which is located in Cleveland’s Far East side. In her free time, Lori as well as her dog Gus (therapy dog) works as hospice volunteers and at University Hospital’s Rainbow Babies Children Hospital. She also is an avid golfer and competes at the amateur level.
