Nikki Muranko is currently Director of Mid-Market Acquisition at Charter Communications, within the Spectrum Enterprise Marketing group. In this role, her focus is developing and executing marketing programs that fuel sales for new client acquisition and future growth within the Mid-Market segment.
Prior to this role, she spearheaded the development of the Lead Management discipline within the Enterprise Marketing group as the Director, Lead Management and Conversion with an emphasis on increasing overall marketing sourced sold revenue.
In her 14 years at Spectrum Enterprise, Nikki has excelled in understanding the business’ needs and driving results. She has extensive experience supporting the sales organization in event management, marketing campaign and program development, and offer creation.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from John Carroll University, graduating from the Tim Russert Department of Communications.
Nikki relocated to Charlotte, NC in 2019, with her husband Tom and son Jonathan. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, rooting on her hometown Cleveland Browns, reading and writing.
