Katie Weihe works in Comcast Spotlight’s Mountain Region as Senior HR Manager for the team. In this role, Katie provides all encompassing HR leadership for multiple sites in Colorado, Utah and New Mexico. Before moving to Comcast’s Spotlight entity, Katie was the HR Manager for the West Division headquarters of Comcast Cable where she helped with employee relations, recruitment, training, compensation and other HR-related functions. Katie has been with Comcast for more than two years. Prior to Comcast, Katie worked in the Healthcare industry and the Colorado Department of Transportation.
Katie received her Master’s degree in HR Management from Regis University and her Bachelor’s in Communications from CU Denver. She earned her Professional in Human Resources certification in 2003 and recently completed the WICT Rocky Mountain Mentoring Program. She lives in Colorado with her husband Matt, their son Owen and their furry son, Rufus the dog.
