Alison Lytle

Alison Lytle is an operations management and effectiveness professional. Alison’s leadership empowers teams to systematically solve problems and drive sales and customer experience improvement. As a Business Development Manager, Alison enjoys working in a dynamic environment as a strategic partner with the business development teams in the West Division to help them achieve business objectives.

The key to her success is sharing a vision and building relationships on a foundation of trust and credibility. Alison is relied upon to resolve complex operational challenges. When she has a goal, she works relentlessly to achieve it. She has a passion for learning and teaching others what she knows.

Prior to joining Comcast in 2015, Alison had similar leadership roles at CenturyLink, where she supported internal and external vendor call centers. She built a reputation for developing people while delivering sales and customer experience metrics.

At Villanova Alison earned her Six Sigma Black Belt. At University of Phoenix her MBA and University of Kansas, her Bachelor of Science. She also is a Prosci Change – Certified Change Practitioner® and a SATMETRIX Net Promoter® Certified Associate.

Outside of work, Alison spends time with her husband, twin 16 year old daughters and Lady, a white standard poodle. She is a car enthusiast and enjoys fitness activities such as Zumba, hiking, biking and skiing.
