Amy Masci is an Executive Director of Human Resources with Comcast Business, where she is focused on leading human resources practices and programs to drive talent outcomes.
In her current role, Amy is focused on developing, managing and executing HR strategies and plans that support the Comcast Business headquarter sales teams in achieving their strategic, operational, and financial objectives. Amy partners with sales leadership and employees to provide consultation and support in the areas of talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational design, performance, compensation, succession planning, culture, and engagement.
During her 7+ years at Comcast and NBCUniversal, Amy has held several HR leadership roles. She started her journey at NBCUniversal as an HR Director at the locally owned duopoly TV station – NBC10 & Telemundo 62 where she led HR strategy and execution for the television station. In 2015, Amy transferred from NBCU to Comcast to assume a position in Comcast Cable Headquarters as the HR Director for the Cable HQ human resource teams supporting talent, systems and technology, compensation and learning and development (Comcast University). In August 2017, Amy had the opportunity to transition to a human resources leadership position in Comcast Business supporting the sales organization. Comcast Business provides business-grade products, services and expertise to meet complex demands of businesses, through a next-generation network and technical support model.
Prior to NBCUniversal and Comcast, Amy worked for Campbell Soup Company where she held various roles in human resources and talent management across sales and supply chain functional areas.
Amy graduated magna cum laude from Gettysburg College and earned a Master’s in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. Amy resides in Medford, NJ with her husband, Jeff, and children, Kevin (11), Kyle (9), and Allison (4).
