Andrea Mantilla serves as Vice President of People Development & Learning for A+E Networks, based out of the NYC office.
Andrea currently leads the company’s talent management and learning & development functions where her expertise includes developing and implementing scalable organizational programs from the ground up in a fast-paced global environment.
Her oversight includes A+E’s learning and development function including diversity, equity, and inclusion curriculum, developing A+E managers at all levels, and fostering A+E’s high potential leaders via leadership development programs.
She also leads the Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Succession Planning programs, which are strategically aligned with corporate culture, vision, and values. Her expertise in Coaching and Competency Development has provided a vision and strategy for developing and implementing a career path initiative at A+E.
Andrea has a background in public accounting, organization development, and change management. Her prior global work experiences include: Time Warner, American Express, Accenture and AIG.
Andrea lives in Huntington, NY with her 16-year-old daughter, Isabella, and her mother, Nelly. She loves the beach and goes to Montauk every year to enjoy lobster rolls and sunsets.
