Angie Saldivar is the Director of Digital Customer Service & Advocacy at Nickelodeon. Angie leads the team responsible for providing timely, fun and friendly service to online customers. The team maintains close relationships with internal product teams to ensure the voice of the customer is being heard.
Angie joined Nickelodeon in February 2013. In her time at Nick, she has overseen the customer service strategy and on-boarding for mobile games, TVE apps, web and Noggin, a video subscription app. Angie is passionate about customer service, digital media, technology and online safety.
Angie’s 13 year career in digital entertainment began at Fox Interactive Media managing the Customer Care team for Myspace.com. Throughout her career, Angie managed several teams at Myspace and consulted for startup companies. Her leadership has extended the .com and mobile space, including; customer service, moderation, law enforcement response, online safety and security.
Angie lives in Los Angeles with her husband, two children and two dogs. She also holds a position on the School Board for Valley Charter Schools and is a Girl Scout troop leader. In her free time Angie also enjoys watching movies and catching up on new TV series.
