As Associate Development Manager for Cable One, Anja Rodrigues leads the training and quality assurance efforts for Cable One’s Phoenix based Customer Care and Technical Solutions Center. Coordinating the training of 400 representatives, she manages large scale initiatives and is actively involved in process and technology deployments across both centers. Anja and her team are currently developing QA standards to encompass representatives across Cable One’s 54 regional field offices. She joined Cable One in February of 2006 as a Customer Care Supervisor, was promoted to Assistant Manager of Customer Care Center Operations, and then promoted to her current role as Associate Development Manager.
Prior to joining Cable One, Anja directed the Client Services team responsible for Europe and Asia Pac support at Premiere Global Services, a leading audio and web conference solutions provider. Offering a rare blend of creative and operational strength, she’s passionate about leadership and dedicated to ongoing process enhancement.
Anja graduated Magna Cum Laude from Regis University in Denver, CO with a Bachelors of Arts in Communication/Business. A native of Germany, she now resides in the greater Phoenix area with her two year old daughter.
