Anne DeLee serves as Vice President, Talent for Comcast’s Northeast Division. In this role, Anne oversees talent acquisition, management and succession planning for Comcast’s Northeast Division, consisting of 14 northeastern states from Maine through Virginia and the District of Columbia, with 24,000 employees serving almost 7.8 million customers.
Anne’s strategic, consultative focus on talent management has helped Northeast Division leaders build organizational capacity, while developing Comcast’s employee base for continued success in the industry. Through her integrated approach to talent acquisition and management, she has been successful working with key leaders and recruitment contacts to identify and incorporate best practices, and guide recruitment and diverse hiring strategies.
A seasoned Human Resources professional, Anne has more than 25 years of experience in driving strategic HR change across a variety of industries, and functional expertise in recruiting and staffing, project management, strategy development and organizational design. Before joining Comcast, Anne was the Director of Professional Staffing and College Relations for Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) in Illinois. In this role, Anne had responsibility for creating an enterprise capability to target and recruit talent for ADM, with 26,000 employees worldwide and annual net sales of more than $36 billion.
Anne has also held a number of executive level talent management and recruitment positions for companies such as executive search firms ADL and Korn Ferry, and she served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Retention for the Limited, a $10 billion retail company. Earlier in her career, Anne served as Vice President-Senior Generalist for Bankers Trust Company and held positions of increasing responsibility in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition with Pitney Bowes, Inc., Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy’s and Abraham and Straus. Anne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from Columbia University.
Anne is based at Comcast’s Northeast Division headquarters in Manchester, NH and resides in Amherst, NH with her husband, David and two daughters, Grace and Sarah.
