Celestine is the Customer Service Manager for Cable ONE/Sparklight in Rio Rancho, New Mexico where she has worked for the past 12 years. She leads a team of Customer Service Representatives and is responsible for ensuring the best customer experience interactions for Billing and Video Troubleshooting. She provides her team with coaching, development, and feedback to improve the customer’s experience and increase net promotor scores. Celestine plays a key role in improving Sparklight’s standard operating guidelines, policies, processes, and procedures.
Prior to joining Cable ONE, Celestine gained her telecommunications knowledge and experience at Comcast. During her tenure there, Celestine managed a variety of operations teams. Starting her Comcast career as a telemarketer, she developed an interest in the operations side of the business. Her customer service skills were soon recognized as she was promoted into management and spent nearly 20 years overseeing teams responsible for customer service, operations, coaching, development, and voice operations.
Celestine enjoys all the new challenges this industry comes up with and helping her team succeed in the face of change. She is passionate about her position at Sparklight and an advocate about providing the best customer experience possible. She is a Rio Rancho Chamber of Commerce Ambassador which allows her to get out in the community and participate in events and socialize with community leaders. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family. She has been married to her husband David for 33 years and they have one daughter, Alesia and one granddaughter, Alexa. And they also dote on their two Yorki’s, Chevelle and Niko while enjoying the numerous micro-breweries in New Mexico and participating in Classic C10 truck events.
