Cherish Gilliam currently serves the MidWest Market as Senior Director of Business Services for Telesales channel. In this role, she oversees all call center and online sales of business products. Her core focus is to expand Time Warner Cable’s Business Services market penetration by offering of Data, Phone, Video, Wireless, and Ethernet solutions to businesses of all sizes.
Cherish is a tenured, TWCBC business leader with an in-depth knowledge of sales and operations at all levels of the organization. She has more than 18 years of service with TWC and recently held the position of Regional Sales Manager in Columbus, Ohio. She led a multi-state team of sales consultants, account managers, on-line account consultants, outbound, third-party and sales leaders for the Midwest, responsible for revenue targets, churn reduction and customer satisfaction.
Cherish attended Franklin University, is a seven-time Achiever’s Cup winner, won “Best of the Best” Sales Manager in 2012, mentors employees and is a member of several professional and industry organizations including WICT, National Association of Professional Women, American Association of Inside Sales and the Contact Center Association. Cherish serves as a leader and member of the Midwest Proactive Tactical Review Team implemented in July 2013; also, a 2012-13 TWC MVP Selection Committee member, 2013 Ohio Cable Television Association Annual Meeting Panel Discussion Expert on “Managing Teams in a Virtual Workplace”, and the 2014 President for WICT Greater Ohio Chapter.
