Christine Medeiros has nearly 10 years of experience working in the telecommunications industry with a heavy focus on advanced analytics. In her current role as Director of Analytics in the Northeast Division of Comcast, she manages customer experience analytics, which encompasses call center quality programs, speech analytics, customer satisfaction program management and interaction analytics. Partnering with operations and technology leaders across Comcast’s headquarters, divisions and regions, Christine contributes to the customer experience strategy, implements high-profile programs and executes initiatives within the customer facing organizations of Comcast.
In alignment to Comcast’s Northeast Division strategic imperatives, Christine provides comprehensive analytics to reveal improvement opportunities in customer experiences, which will ultimately raise customer satisfaction and reduce subscriber churn. In 2005, Christine joined Comcast Spotlight supporting the Boston DMA research and planning department. Over the years, she has held positions at the division level in Product Marketing and Business Improvement.
Christine holds an MBA from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northeastern University. Currently residing in New Hampshire, she spends her free time with her family including her husband, daughter and bulldogs.
