Cindy Bean

As Vice President, Consumer Research & Insights for Xfinity Consumer Services, Cindy is responsible for designing, executing, and leading the insights and research function for Comcast’s Cable, Broadband, Mobile, and Home Security business lines. Cindy continues to build this Centralized Research function, from the ground up, after joining Comcast four years ago.

Cindy has been building her insights career since graduating from Drexel University. She started in financial services with The Vanguard Group, while earning her MBA at Penn State University. She continued to lead insights while working on some of the world’s strongest brands such as, McNeil Consumer Healthcare (a Johnson & Johnson Company) for the Tylenol and Motrin brands; Wyeth Pharmaceuticals; Johnson & Johnson’s Vision Care; Campbell’s Soup Company, and currently Comcast.
