Cindy Liddy, Sr. Director, Client Services at Comcast Business is a proven operations executive with a demonstrated history of cross-functional leadership and executing complex organizational and operational strategies
She is skilled in operations, relationship building, project/program management, compliance and partnering with business development. Cindy currently leads a high-performance team of senior client executives focused on building and maintaining customer relationships for Comcast Business’ Enterprise Clients.
Prior to joining Comcast Business in 2019, Cindy held leadership roles at Lumen and Verizon Business in relationship management, order management, business operations, process improvement and project/program management Additionally, she played key roles on change management boards and worked on continuous improvement projects within both organizations.
Cindy is always looking for ways to grow and learn. She seeks out opportunities to further develop her business and project management acumen as well as to better herself personally through reading and experiential learning.
Cindy graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree and subsequently earned her Project Management Professional credential from the Project Management Institute.
In her free time, Cindy enjoys running 5K races, training for the Broad Street Run and spending time with her family in Ocean City, NJ.
